Balance is due 45 days in advance or may be cause to forfeit deposit. Also, rental agreement must be signed before check in.

Perfect place for a family getaway!

Loved Little Perk!

I can’t say enough about this cute place! We had a wonderful stay!! House was very clean with up to date well stocked kitchen that had everything you needed. Loved hanging out on the porch and the private dock was amazing! The path to get to the dock is very steep but that didn’t stop any of us (19-65) from going up and down to get to the water. Would love to stay here again!!

Little perk lake House

The stay was very nice. The only thing that happened was the day we we’re leaving the water shut off so we could not do anything before we left in the house, like brush your teeth, flush the toilet, wash any last minute dishes. We did clean everything with soap and water but had to use bottled water for it.

Hi Lizzy, We are sorry about the water issue, had we known we would have sent a plumber out to repair. The cleaning lady called when she arrived to let us know. We had a plumber come out to check and there was a pipe broke under the house. He did get it repaired. We hope you stay again and if so please let us know of any issues so we can take care of. Nice property for hikers

The house was beautiful, but the driveway was a bit sketchy Super steep and not a really good place to park. Also, the Chuck Norris challenge A.k.a. the ramp down to the lake was fun, but not relaxing. The house was somewhat clean A bit dusty, and there were a couple cockroaches, but we were in the middle of the woods. Overall, Northlake was very beautiful, but the walk down to the lake and back up is not for the weak. Also, it’s important to have four-wheel-drive on going up and down that driveway.

Not kid friendly

The house was nice, clean and updated. The house was really not kid-friendly. No additional accommodations for children and the walk to the water was especially dangerous with young children. It was so incredibly steep and even worse coming back up. The dock was not properly attached to land and was unsteady to get onto. Overall, the house is nice but the lake access is very very steep and scary, especially for children.

Mother/Daughter getaway

Very cute house, with everything we needed on the inside and on the deck (great views) too. The trip to the boat dock below would not have been so bad if there were a few chairs waiting for us to just chill by the water. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed lake activities. The path down to the lake was tough- but we expected it and managed fine with our teenagers!

Lake life is for us!

We love Norris Lake and this house was just what we needed. I would stay again for sure. The walkway down and up is hard but manageable for most. I would suggest tennis shoes instead of sandals.

Great experience

Sustains: Attention to every detail throughout the property was shown. Ample sleep space was available The dock was amazing. Improves: Parking was a bit awkward and tight. Some lights down the hill to the dock would be nice And to wrap this up, the app VRBO feels justified in hiking their fees which in turn cost us more money. If at all possible go direct to the property managers and rent that way.

Perfect house for the lake !!!

Worst part…. That treacherous hill/ walk from the dock to the house. If you aren’t younger/ confident in your ability to walk up and down a steep steep grade I wouldn’t recommend it. We had a younger group so it sucked but it wasn’t bad for us. An older group could have trouble with.

Beautiful home on Norris Lake!

We had a wonderful time at little perk lakehouse! Very clean and new. Beautiful view from the back deck. The walk to the lake is pretty steep, but not too bad. Coming back up at the end of the day is worse than the walk down. Just have to plan accordingly. A wagon is helpful!

First Norris Lake Friends Trip

The property was perfect size for our group, clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely decorated. The walk to the dock is tough and coming back up is even worse. It is paved but very steep. Once you reach the dock, it’s wonderful. The water is beautiful and close to Twin Coves Marina. We had a wonderful time relaxing and making memories with friends!

Cabin on the lake

Great cabin in lovely location Wonderful amenities in the cabin, great view from the deck. Private dock great for swimming and boating off. The children had a great time in the lake. Only downside steep path down to dock especially coming back up.

Lake vacation

Loved the house. Very clean and new. May have been the most comfortable bed I have slept in! Covered boat dock was very nice and close to Twin Cove marina. The walk to the boat dock is steep in some places but all new concrete. Had a great time!

Brand new & stunning

The property sits back from the road on top of a hill leading to the lake. The house is brand new and really nicely decorated and offers all the necessary amenities. The walk to the lake is extremely steep and long.
