Perfect location

Perfectly located on the beach and close to everything!! Kids loves the indoor pool and hot tub for cold winter days! We loved the on site bar and store!! Def would stay again!!

Cons/Pros

Cons: the balcony furniture needs to be replaced as well as the living room furniture. The shower needs a self for shampoos, etc. There needs to be a bill change machine in the laundry room, I had a terrible time finding quarters, I even went to a bank and because I wasn't a member they would not give me change. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, great view. Great price. Loved the amenities.

Great beach

Spent the week there with my daughters & grandson. Restaurant & store on premises was great due to traffic & being on a busy highway. Condo was clean & well stocked. Staff is friendly & helpful. Only 2 negative comments are the WiFi was horrible & not allowed to set your beach chair in front of resort chairs.

The property was nice. We didn’t like the fact we had to pay for laundry service and the Wi-fi was very spotty. We found a couple roaches in our room. The beach chair service was very pricey but they were very nice. Overall a nice stay.

Footsteps to beach

Very convenient location for the beach. Great host and condo had everything we needed. Wake up to awesome balcony view of the ocean. In the middle of all restaurants including my favorite Waffle House right across the street. Condo very clean and very comfortable. I’ll be back.

Great for our family!

It was the great location as it was close to all food, attractions and especially the beach. All you had to do was walk out to the beach. The rooms were a great size. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! Very cozy place. The only thing is the indoor pool was closed half the time and the outdoor pool was still closed for construction. I guess that ran later than previously mentioned. The wifi was garbage though. Other than that i would rebook.

Best beach location.

Enjoyed our weekly stay. The beach property was gorgeous & perfect for my grandson to play in the sand & water, although water was too chilly in March. Restaurant & store on property was convenient due to traffic & not a friendly walking area. Internet was a nightmare but that was my only complaint. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We brought our own beach chairs but were not allowed to set them in front of the resort chairs, not good when you have little ones that you have to keep your eyes on constantly.

Great views and nice staff - Decor in condo outdated Doors to bedrooms and restrooms don’t lock Couch arms were very dirty and worn TVs we’re great Bed was comfy Little to no privacy for master bedroom doors don’t lock - Shower head is ok if your under 5 feet tall and the water pressure is not great but plenty of hot water The pool was cloudy the last 3 days we were there and the floors in the lobby were clean and elevators were clean - Rug in living room was stained and dirty needs to be thrown away - Over all stay and views 5 stars Condition of condo and amenities not so much -

Meh..

Our stay was ok. We were disappointed in the outdoor pool being closed, due to renovation, even though I had contacted scenic stays prior to our visit, and was told it would be open. The indoor pool was an ok option, but it is small and not many chairs for parents to sit in to watch kids. The ocean/beach was beautiful, but due to weather and double red flags we couldn’t get in one day which made the small indoor pool our only option and it was just too packed. There is an Ac unit on the balcony that was pretty loud at times. The WiFi was not great, kept going in and out or just wouldn’t connect at all. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the condo was clean and in a good location.

Our stay was ok. The outdoor pool is closed, due to renovation. I had contacted the rental company prior to our stay and was told it was open, so we were disappointed when we arrived and it was closed. There was an indoor pool as an option, but it was small with limited seating to watch your kids while swimming. There is an Ac unit that’s on the balcony that was pretty loud at times when sitting outside. The WiFi did not work well. It kept going in and out or just wouldn’t connect at all. The condo itself was clean and as pictured. I thought it was in a good location close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was alway friendly and available.

Good overall

It was nice overall, I booked the condo because it said beach chairs were included to only find out they were only included seasonally. The smell of marijuana on the balcony and beaches made it almost impossible to enjoy. We did complain to the front desk who reported they’ve received multiple reports of the same smell. It was impossible to open the sliding glass door or enjoy the balcony with our two young children. No washer and dryer included in the rooms, you had to go through the floors to find ones that worked. No towel service, you have to wash the towels provided which could be sufficient, but if you go swimming or shower everyday you may have to wash theirs. The condo was clean, the kitchen provided the most basic of items so bring extras.

Needs Improvement

Our unit had a terrible smell of urine throughout. It was difficult to determine if the smell was from inadequate cleaning or through the ac vents. At any rate, front staff were informed, and they stated they would send someone up right away, but there was no indication that anyone ever came to the unit. We bought and used an entire can of Lysol in an effort to make the unit smell better. After several days there, I observed a very, very large mouse (a rat) that crawled righ on top of the coffee table in the living room. We had a very difficult time relaxing after seeing the rodent, and this, too, was reported, but nothing was ever done or offered to be done. It was on our last night there that we observed a worker with a large shovel dumping a rat by the dumpsters near the building. So clearly, there is a problem with rodents.

Beautiful View!

The place was clean and the view beautiful. The place could use a little updating. The shower could use a shelf of some kind instead of having to put everything on the floor. The control for the shower was old and had never seen one like it and it took a while to figure out how to turn on the water. We were turning it left and right like traditional faucets and trying to pull it out but all it needed was to be turned upwards. We asked for more of the little shampoo and conditioner bottles because they only supply one each. Not nearly enough to last for a whole week for two people, but we were told we had to supply our own. 😕. We even had to buy some hand soap. Plenty of towels, which was good. We didn’t even need or use them all. It was a little surprising that there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, like spices etc. If anyone wanted to prepare any meals, you’d have to buy everything. Being that most people are flying to this destination, it would be a waste because you couldn’t take it with you. Sliding doors need to be made easier to move on the tracks. Pretty expensive to rent chairs or umbrellas. All in all we had a nice time.
