The Space:

Your dream beach getaway awaits on the Gulf of Mexico and the panhandle of Florida! This unit allows Snowbird Friendly Rates from December to February. Renovated in 2023, this lovely resort is mere steps away from the sand and surf, so spend your days on the water either lounging, collecting shells, or renting water equipment like paddleboards and surfboards. Make sure to keep an eye out for any dolphins swimming by to say hello! An array of amenities is provided to keep you entertained, including pools, a hot tub, a sauna, & world-class tennis courts.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony with spectacular ocean views. All three sofas fold out into queen-size beds. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures, with a sofa bed provided for extra room.

Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

The dishwasher could definitely use some repair. The bottom rack is missing a wheel making it very difficult to load and unload. I cut my hand on the rusted rack

Very nice place to spend our honeymoon

This place was amazing and was perfect for our honeymoon! It was located in a very good spot and located near everything it felt like. Would definitely return!

Make-a-wish come true

When my 92 year old father asked me to find a place on the beach with a balcony, this place was exactly what he wished for. The accommodations were beautiful, and the balcony and views were amazing.

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed our stay. We would have given a 5 star rating but the furniture and the bed covering had spots all over it. There were also a couple of cockroaches in the unit.

Nice Beachfront Condo

The condo was nice. It slept all 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Our only complaint was the sofa. It needs to be replaced. It's is very worn and dirty.

Location was great, the apartment very comfortable exactly like the pictures. The only thing we didn't like was that all the dishes were dirty, and dish washer was left with dirty water. We had to run the dish washer, and wash the dishes before using them.

Good bones, terrible furniture

Great view. Nice kitchen and bath(s). The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. No-one in our party was able to sleep majority of the time. Condition and layout of the living room furniture was bizarre and overall unappealing. Would go back to the complex, but not this room.

SPECTACULAR VIEW - UNIT LACKING

The view from this unit is spectacular, but the unit itself is dated and poorly stocked. We had planned to do some cooking in the unit. It was not possible because of the poor supply of cooking items available in the unit. We were very disappointed about this.

Unit was clean, furnishing were in good condition, not too crowded.

Kitchen utilities and supplies were very good. Everything was fine except the owner keeps the storage cupboard locked for his own use. When staying long term, 5 1/2 months, it left no place for suitcases, etc. It also meant laundry basket, ironing board, iron, a large mirror and picture, took up space in the only clothes closet. I wondered about the safety of beach paraphernalia being stored tightly around the furnace/ac unit.

I thought i was getting 2 rooms.. that is what was on the ad.. false advertising..thet were long waits for elevators.. getting out of the property took a long time.. need a red light on the highway..loading and unloading with no cover was a pain.esp when it rained!

Check in time

Overall happy with the out stay. Great location and nice facility. Only issue we had was that check in said 4 and we arrived at 3. I went to the front desk to see if we could check in early and was checked in promptly. Upon reaching the room housekeeping was finishing cleaning. We told them we would wait, but they insisted on letting us putting our thing in the cleaned room. Upon their completion the door closed and we could not enter the room until 4. The door code is not activated until exactly 4pm. Not the biggest issue, but just an inconvenience. Little communication from the front desk would’ve prevented this issue. Once again, we were very happy with our accommodations.

5 stars for location

The location is prefect and the views 10 out I f 10. The unit itself, not so much. When turning down the cover on the bed there was sand all over the sheet which also was too small for the bed. I immediately put a sheet over the couch because of all of the stains on it as well as the upholstered chair. I didn't want to touch either let alone my 3 year old grandson! When we pulled out the hide-a-bed, it was DISGUSTING!!! We weren't able to use it at all! The towels in the hall bathroom had what I'm hoping was chocolate on two of them. The blanket on one of the bunks also had some sort of stains on it. The screen door isn't usable because it's ripped so badly it wouldn't have kept any bugs out. We did have a good time even with all of the issues with the unit.

Just ok

This unit worked for what we needed it for but would I book it again? Probably not! The smell upon opening the door was less than welcoming. There was a faint smell of fish and just overall musty smelling. Please invest in some plug-in airwicks or something! The couch had disgusting white stains on it. I didn't even want to sit on it. Especially with covid being a thing I'd invest in something leather that can be sanitized easy. Also it's a pullout coach but you didn't leave a spare blanket. Just a set of sheets. We stood in standing water to shower each morning in the master bath. The drain needs unclogged! Inside shower curtain had mildew on it. If you like firm beds then this is the place for you! I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. It was awful for me but my husband didn't mind it. Everytime my 13 year old moved on the bunk bed it woke us up. So squeaky!! We had what we needed in the kitchen as far as cooking our meals each night. However, only leaving 2 dishwasher pods for people staying longer than a few days seems silly. We cooked everyday and could have used at least 4. Also a scrubber would have been useful! We also needed an extra trash bag bc 2 wasn't enough. Why not keep random things for community use like spices, coffee, filters (had a heck of a time finding some at walmart bc who uses those anymore) Overall this unit was fine for just eating a quick meal and sleeping but I'd rent a different one next time. Wasn't very clean and the bed did it for me.
