Nestled in downtown Salida on the Arkansas River- this updated getaway has everything needed to make your Rocky Mountain vacation perfect! Steps to restaurants, shops and art galleries. And, minutes to miles of hiking/biking trails on the Salida Mountain Trail system.

This home offers:
-2 Bedrooms with Queen size pillow top mattresses & Smart TV in each bedroom with the Queens
-1 Bedroom with 4 bunk beds
-2 Well behaved dogs are allowed
-Wi-fi
-Smart TV located in front and back living room
-2 Bathrooms
-Full size laundry room
-Riverfront
-Covered Back Deck

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

House is walking distance to downtown Salida. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. It’s larger than it looks with nice and updated amenities. Beautiful view of the river. The bedroom I stayed in with my husband has a bed next to wall. I prefer beds where you can exit on both sides and larger bedrooms. Other than that there was room in living rooms and dining room. Great for a larger crowd which we had.

Great Location to Downtown and Bike Trails

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, allowing us the ability to easily walk downtown and access the mountain bike trails. The kids loved the backyard and view of the river.

Close to town and outdoor activities

Great location to walk into town and a short drive to great hiking. Our pup loved it and the back patio was very relaxing.

Great home right on river

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We will definitely be back! We loved that we could walk into town but the house was quiet and private enough to enjoy the river in the backyard

Perfect Place for Family & Friends in Salida

Easy check in. Excellent location in 5 min walking distance from downtown Salida. Home provided extra towels, small toys, and cozy space for us to spend the holiday weekend with friends and family. Would stay again!

Great getaway

I really enjoyed the space and the amenities. My only piece of feedback is that the heating system was very loud and vibrated a lot. It was a cold weekend, so it was a busy little furnace!The backyard was incredible and I plan to stay here again very soon!

Wonderful location

This rental is in a wonderful location. We could walk to shops and dining easily. It was very quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked. Would definitely book again!

Winter in Salida

This was our first visit to Salida in the winter and it was very nice. Friendly community with lots of activities near by. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked we would definitely stay here again.

Good time in Salida

We came to Salida and met my daughter and her husband there. They fished everyday. We walked into town to enjoy some great food. A successful weekend getaway.

we were pleasantly surprised with all the unadvertised ”extras” provided for guests, such as towels for the hot spring pool, doggy dishes, etc. The owners/management company were very responsive to all of our needs/requests. Thank you!

Perfect spot for family get away

We travelled to Salida with our 2 adult children for some time away. This house was great for the 2 kids to have their own space; the master was a little small but was nice and on the other side of the living area for a bit of privacy. The backyard was great for dinners and morning coffee looking at the river. It's an easy 3 block walk to town and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed; we used the grill to cook out 2 of the nights. We will certainly rent again if Salida ends up in our future plans again.
