This South Rehoboth Beach vacation rental situated approximately three blocks from the beach. Guests will enter this coastal getaway on the first floor, where they will find one bedroom and a full bathroom. There is space for everyone in this rental home as well, as the first floor includes a living room, large family room, and private sitting room with futon. Completing the first floor are the kitchen and dining rooms. Head upstairs to find the remaining four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share one bathroom, which is located in the hallway. There is a single bedroom which connects to the large en-suite with its own bathroom. At this beach home, guests will find off-street parking for two cars, and the owner also offers two on-street parking passes that can be used at any non-metered parking spots within the city of Rehoboth Beach. Guests can also take advantage of the garage, which may be used for storing all your beach equipment, and enjoy outdoor living on the front screened porch. *This is a non smoking home. Pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $316.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Bedding-
First floor- 1 Double & 1 Twin, 1 Double Futon
Second floor- 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 King and 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Single - *The king and the trundle are in one large en-suite; One single bedroom with twin bed is adjoining to the en-suite but can be closed off for privacy. You have to walk thru the single bedroom to get to the King/trundle bedroom.
There is additional sleeping space in the living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Please note that linens for this bed are not included in the linen package, so you will need to bring your own sheets.
