Excellent emplacement 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, à pied de la plage, de la promenade, des restaurants et des magasins. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture pour la semaine et marcher partout (économiser de l'essence). Cuisine et salles de bain rénovées. Ameublement agréable, climatisation centrale (neuf). Belle cour arrière avec chaises, table et grill. Deux téléviseurs LCD grand écran (un 40 'dans la salle familiale et un dans la chambre.). Stéréo, belle véranda avec moustiquaire, chambre Florida, deux cheminées (dont vous n'aurez pas besoin, mais elles rendent la maison confortable), et plus encore .... Internet haute vitesse - apportez simplement votre ordinateur portable. Nouvelle laveuse-sécheuse à chargement frontal. L'emplacement est absolument merveilleux et la maison est propre et bien entretenue.
Je loue à la semaine du samedi au samedi; Les frais de location dépendent du tarif saisonnier. Il y a un dépôt de garantie de 400 $ inclus dans les paiements à retourner après la location sans dommage. il y a deux paiements, un avec le contrat signé et le 2ème paiement est dû 6 semaines avant la location.
1. Le taux hebdomadaire de 1500 $ semaines comprend: du 4 mai 2019 au 11 mai 2019, du 11 mai au 18 mai et du 18 mai au 25 mai 2019.
2. Le taux hebdomadaire de 1600 $ comprend: du 25 mai au 1er juin 2019, du 1er juin au 8 juin 2019
3, 8 juin au 15 juin 2019 est de 1700 $.
4. Du 15 juin au 22 juin 2019 est de 2000 $.
5. Les tarifs de haute saison de 2200 $ sont: 22 juin au 29 juin, 29 juin au 6 juil, 6 juil au 13 juil, 13 juil au 20 juil, 20 juil au 27 juil, 27 juil au 3 août. 3 août au 10 août 2019

Had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, the location was great - short walking distance to the beach and Rehoboth Boulevard, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood for that good nights sleep. Our host was incredibly accommodating.

We come for a week each year, and this was our second stay at Kay's house. It's our favorite spot! Location is perfect. There's plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, and so nice to have off-street parking for two cars.

Nice Beach House

The location is great—an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and has everything you’d need for a week. It’s a ranch which can be helpful if stairs aren’t your thing. Not so small that we didn’t have space and not so big that we could be out of earshot of the kids. Kay is a great host as well!

This property is well maintained, has about anything you would need and is convenient to just about anywhere you want to go in Rehoboth. It has a beautiful backyard. Great place AAA+

Great property, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, enclosed front porch, backyard with picnic table. We locked our bicycles to the tree in the backyard. Great location for walking everywhere.

Very pleased with the house and the short walk to restaurants and the beach.

Spacious 3 bedroom house with large enclosed patio that gets lots of sun and feels outdoors, and (when doors to the inside house are open) is also air conditioned.

Was just as pictured; perfect location (short walk to beach/fun, but still on a quiet street). Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

Peaceful Rehoboth Beach family stay

Pleasant older house on a quiet street, 10 minute walk to boardwalk and beach. Plenty of room for a family of 8 to spread out or gather together in. Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals.

We took our adult children and our grandaughter to Rehoboth, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The house was a home. Perfect location, charming home, clean, yard was great. Yes, we would do it again!

Hidden gem

We loved the quiet location. The kids loved that there was some space outside to unwind that wasn't the beach. We were able to walk to the park with our kids and go to the farmer's market. Great meals are just a walk away. We had the best time here and can't wait until next year!

Relaxing stay

Great location to many beaches in the area, Rehoboth beach, Gordon’s pond beach and short drive to Lewes beaches and fishing! House is comfy and clean with lots of space. Can’t beat the outdoor shower after day at the beach. If you’re there on a Tuesday don’t miss the farmers market at the nearby park.
