Maison nouvellement construite dans le centre-ville de Rehoboth et à pied de la plage, des restaurants, des magasins

Endroit calme mais à quelques pas de l'avenue Rehoboth! 3500 pieds carrés de luxe construit en 2006 donc pas d'odeur de moisi ni de petites pièces. Plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande pièce où la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger forment une seule pièce. Il se sent encore plus grand avec des plafonds de 10 pieds! Cuisine des chefs avec toutes les commodités. Les 4 chambres ont leur propre salle de bain complète privée, lit Queen et 3 chambres ont accès à des balcons privés. Beaucoup d'endroits pour se retirer. Beaucoup d'espaces extérieurs. 3 zones patio / terrasse, une grande véranda grillagée et une terrasse arrière avec table de patio / parasol. A l'étage, il y a une zone den avec TV et console de jeux. Il y a un parking hors rue pour 3 voitures.

Nous sommes situés en diagonale en face de Grove Park. Il y a une salle de gym en plein air (circuit), aire de jeux, pavillon pour pique-nique, musée, centre d'accueil et le mardi 11 h il y a un marché de producteurs.

Beautiful large house that can accommodate a big family with indoor and outdoor spaces and everything you could need to cook and barbecue.The screened in porch was a highlight every morning and evening for my whole family.Extremely clean with an easy checkin and checkout process.Super easy and enjoyable walk to the beach. 0 complaints, already discussing booking again!

The house was spacious and accommodated a family of 10 people very easily. Having 4 1/2 bathrooms was a blessing with 4 teens. The house was immaculate especially for a beach environment. The screened in porch allowed for everyone to have private space when needed, playing games, discussions and remote working schedules. We cooked all most every evening and the house was well stocked with spices, oils and miscellaneous extras. The car passes were an essential and made for an easy access to the beach. We never drove to the beach that we had difficulty with parking and there was also abundant street parking with our passes right outside our door. Our contact, Amy was attentive, helpful and always available. This was very appreciated even though we really had no difficulties. We had a wonderful family vacation!

The kitchen was very well stocked which made family dinners for 20 people easy to manage. (not everyone was staying at the house!)The downstairs kitchen, living and dining room areas with the open plan also made for great dinner parties.

If this property is available, reserve it. We had rain for most of our stay and the house, with its screened in porch, and tons of places to play games, cards, and take naps was perfect. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. This will be our first choice next time we rent.

House was perfect! Even prettier in person. So much attention to detail and just stunning. House was filled with all we needed to be comfortable plus some. Location was perfect. 15 minute stroll to beach along a very fun strip. Host was very communicative and super sweet and helpful. Exceeded expectations.

Amazing House

Beautiful house, impeccably clean and in a great location. Host was very pleasant and responsive.Certainly exceeded everyone's expectations! Beach parking passes made easy access to the ocean, many restaurants/shops nearby and our large family enjoyed nights in the screened in porch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house at Rehoboth

We had a great stay at this house. It’s got a very comfortable living space - the main floor is actually bigger than what the pictures online show - and an awesome screened in porch. The bedrooms are all a good size and very comfortable. Amenities were great, the house has all the necessary cooking supplies and extra beach chairs etc. We loved the location - not right on the beach but in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend this place!

The home was perfectly appointed and well stocked with everything you could need or want for a relaxing vacation away. Beautiful home, great location

Amy has a wonderful home which is perfect for a family. It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach and equally close if not closer to many great restaurants. We had a couple minor issues but nothing to knock the house/owner about. Checkout process a bit more onerous than other vacation rentals. Would recommend!

Fantastic House

Beautifully maintained, spacious, and well-appointed, the Pines was ideal for our family. From the parking out front to the screened in porch in the back, there are so many things here that make it an easy and pleasurable stay. Even with children (infant and 4-year old) things were spacious and quiet - each room feels insulated from the rest. Lots to love here.

Beach house

We very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. It was very clean and Amy was incredibly responsive. Each bedroom had its own nicely updated bath and beds were very comfortable. The owner was very generous in providing certain household items (ie, dishwashing detergent, beach chairs, soaps, etc) and had a very thoughtful gift for us when we arrived which included a bottle of champagne.

A touch of New Orleans

House was spacious and well designed. Kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials plus. Bedrooms each with their own bath were lovely. Openness of the first floor made it feel so large. Plantings around the property were unusual and added to the ambience. Overall a perfect place to stay!

Fantastic house in amazing location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Amy’s house! It was very clean and big and even nicer than the photos. Communication and instructions were great and very clear. Perfectly located for kids to walk to the park/playground and several coffee shops and restaurants. From the parking passes to the strollers, Amy had us covered. Excellent host, would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation home

We absolutely loved this vacation rental and can’t wait to return. Incredibly clean and well kept house. Kitchen has everything you need — we especially loved that they had spices and condiments waiting for us! The screened in porch is also a dream! There was some noise from traffic and neighbors but each bedroom has sound machines that work perfectly.

Great house!

This house was very clean, spacious, well-equipped and had a lovely outdoor area in the back (screen porch plus deck with dining table). Although it was close to Rehoboth Avenue, it was quiet and serene in the back. We used the parking passes to drive to Deauville beach every day, which was easy and convenient. Finally, the owner was very responsive and helpful in terms of check-in and check-out times. Definitely looking to book again for next year!

Beautiful house

This was our first time renting a beach house. The host was welcoming and generous. When we first got to the house, it was very clean. The views and balconies were astounding, as well as the back porch. Every appliance worked well. Overall, we have no complaints! I would definitely recommend this property to someone interested in renting a beach house.
