Nestled in an idyllic neighborhood and just a 3-minute walk to the beach, the 520 College Street Efficiency is the perfect escape. – whatever you do, you’ll be glad you booked a stay in this cozy and charming efficiency. Walk to some of St. Simons' great seafood restaurants or stay in and cook. The stocked kitchen has everything you'll need. There is a full-sized bathroom with a tub and shower, a large living space, and a comfortable bed - Fully equipped to make your vacation a pleasure.

Includes wireless internet. This unit DOES NOT have a washer or dryer. We DO NOT accept pets. Please Do Not park in front of the garage

Bedding - Queen

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

We stayed in this quaint little one room cottage for a week. I think 3 - 4 days would have been better for such a small space, but we made the best of it. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed 9 days at this property and had a good experience after an awkward start. GPS takes you to the front of the property and directions are not clear to go to the backside of the garage. It was adequate for my needs and quieter than an inn. The internet was in and out, and it took a long time to get hot water. Otherwise great.

However, if I were to give one recommendation is that the room smells like mildew or could have some mold somewhere in that apartment.

Great location in a nice neighborhood
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. We brought our bikes and mostly we used them to go everywhere. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and all the shops and restaurants where jus a bike away. We read a previous review that complained about the heat and humidity, but for us, we had no issues at all. The place was clean, cool, and very comfortable. We will be back hopefully soon.
