Ce confortable appartement d'une chambre attachĂ© 2 une jolie maison de plage a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©. Vous apprĂ©cierez l'emplacement au centre / au sud de l'Ăźle Ă  proximitĂ© de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre au village de Redfern et Ă  d’autres divertissements. La chambre a un lit king et le salon a un nouveau canapĂ©-lit queen size. L'unitĂ© vient w / nouveaux meubles et wifi fiable. Juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de l'appartement se trouve une cour pour une vie en plein air rĂ©ussie. L'unitĂ© comprend l'utilisation de 2 vĂ©los (Beach Cruisers). AccĂšs Ă  la piscine.

It’s was okay. Walls are dingy and need repainting. Stove doesn’t have a hood so no light or ventilation. There’s a bright street lamp that shines into the bedroom all night. Demere street gets very congested and getting in and out of the drive way/ lane is hazardous.

What a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and great communication from the owner. This was our first visit to St. Simmons and we are definitely enamored! If you are visiting the island, this is the perfect cottage for your trip!

My overall rating was 4 stars while I gave each individual item a 5 star rating. Why?I think "flagging" that there is a steep step up into the bedroom would be very helpful. Yes, it is shown in the picture. I am an "older" person who gets up during the night to use the restroom. Navigating the step at night made me feel uneasy. During the day I used the door frame to steady myself.At night, I slept on the couch. I didn't pull it out to make it a bed. It was quite comfortable and I wouldn't complain about that.I think older travelers might appreciate having the step pointed out in case there are "slight" mobility issues.Everything else was as shown/listed in the description. The location is easily accessible to all sorts of wonderful restaurants and shopping is right down the road.

First visit to St. Simons Island

On our way home from Florida we took a couple days to check out St. Simons, staying in this cute apartment. We loved the area and proximity to the lighthouse and pier, our favorite sights to see!The only thing I would want others to be aware of is the steps up to bedroom and small step into bathroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Accurate description of property

This is a lovely place to stay, but you must be aware that whomever is staying in the adjacent property will impact your stay. Ours was not good. Whoever was staying in the house attached to our room was loud, unruly, played music late, late, late into the night..and early morning. Luckily, we were there for 2 nights and spent all of our time in town.

Cottage Review

The cottage was good! The location is great—only around 10 minutes from the main SSI attractions—and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating! Upon arrival, the cottage was clean and as pictured. It is perfect for a vacation with one other person. We wished more towels were provided for extended stays, but otherwise, it was a great stay. Additionally, as the cottage is attached to the house, noisy neighbors can become a problem. I would stay here again!

What an amazing property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The property was extremely clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. I felt very comfortable taking my morning walks throughout the neighborhood. I would rebook this property again if I were to come back to the area. Definitely recommend!!

Will never stay there again

The pics were misleading! Was too far from the beach shops. The bed. Omg the bed was hard that we litetally took the mattress off the sofa bed, and put on top of the bed in the bedroom,hoping to make it better. But nope!!!! The rules as to getting make up on anything was a bit ridiculous. I seriously took our own towels, washcloths, pillows and blankets!!!!!!

Darling and very clean and affordable place to stay. Definately all the amenities you need. Only thing we were disappointed in was the distance to the beach. Definately too far to ride a bike!

The house is a cute bungalow with adequate furnishings and location in the center of the island. Very nice to have the bikes with trails and things to do all over the island. Was pleased and would stay again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This unit is south mid-island. You can walk to Waffle House in the morning even though it is equipped to make breakfast and coffee with a Keurig machine. You can use the free bikes that are provided and ride all the way to the beach. The famous Southern Soul BBQ restaurant is just a half mile away. At night there is live music at Red Fern Village which is just about a half a mile away. The locals love Red Fern Village. We enjoy oysters at Catch 228 and fish sandwiches from Gnat's Landing. Both restaurants have live music.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The home is a cottage connected to another home with a shared wall. The home is beautifully renovated with a barn door and new tile floors. It has more than what you would get at a hotel including a washer and dryer and free bikes, but with the feel of a home, all at a low price.
