I had to get used to having a code for the gate and a code for the door. The sliding screen door was off. Just lying on its side. I placed it along side of the cabinet on the porch. I found a shirt and a pair of socks in the closet. I left them were they were. Other than that it it was ok. We try and come to MB when ever we can. So thanks.

The condo was difficult to find at night, the signs to the buildings should be lit. The pictures of the unit are deceiving. The shower and kitchen have been updated and are accurate. The remaining areas are dingy, the bunk beds are super small and most likely not even a standard size and there was little to no view to the ocean. The pictures in the listing had the unit overlooking a pool which is not accurate our view was the parking lot.

Unit was very clean and well-stocked with everything needed. Check-in was easy. Beautiful and quiet part of the beach. Easy access to all shopping, dining and sites. Only suggestion is a new bed. It was very creaky and springs could be felt. It was okay for one person, but with the addition of a heavier person it was very slanted.

Our stay was wonderful!!! The condo itself is exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need. The resort offers plenty to keep everyone in the family entertained!!!*mom tip- take extra bath towels they provide 4. But with kids it’s not enough for multiple days.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was amazing Some pros were the resort had lots to do for everyone. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub just down the hall. Condo has code to get in so you don’t have to worry about a key, lots of towels, kitchen supplies, if we had questions or concerns Shelly & Jeff answered very quickly.Some cons were you hear your neighbors opening their patio door alllll day long and it sounds like rumbles of thunder, if it’s packed it’s hard to find parking close to the building at night, if there’s lightning in the area all pools and hot tubs even the indoor get closed and you have to pay for parking

Cozy stay

This was our first family vaction in many many years. The location of this property is wonderful, it even sits right beside a cute little bar and grill. Even though we did not get to visit the pool areas, we did glance at them and they looked sooo inviting. We only had a few hiccups within our stay but nothing that ruined our fun. Also all the hiccups were communicates to the hosts and they were very kind and very willing to fix any problems for us.

The Resort was amazing. It has everything we needed onsite. It was very safe and secure. Check in process was easy. The property manager answered any and all questions I had in a very timely manner. Condo was perfect, clean, and looked just like the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed early June 2025. I worked with Jeff & he was very responsive to any inquiries I had. We enjoyed the space, super cute & it is about a 5 minute walk to the Beach! I didnt have any issues during my stay. But, if I had, I am confident it would have been handled asap.My only recommendation to improve the room is to upgrade / include a coffee pot that brews the k-cups ;) I would stay here again!

Exactly what I was looking for

This resort is so beautiful and the condo was perfect . It was very clean, comfortable , and organized. It had a “ home” feeling :) . I was very pleased with our stay here . The property owners respond quickly with any concerns or questions. There’s a lot to do on the resort and shopping centers are in close proximity. I would definitely stay here again .

not what I expected

On VRBO I signed and requested an oceanfront room with a king bed. I received a so-called oceanview 1st-floor room looking at the campground next door, if I leaned over the rail I could get a slite view of the ocean and a queen bed. I walked into a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor, coffee stain running down the cabinet, the sliding glass door was so dirty you couldn't hardly see out when the sun was shining. The photos online didn't match the room. Property management was contacted and they tried to find other places to stay but after driving 13 hours to get there we were too tired to mess with all the hassle of having to go further away from where we needed to be and it was late so we decided just to stay and suck it up. Never again!!!!

Here we have a case of travelers disappointed because they were booked in a rental that did not match their stated preferences. They imply that VRBO operates like a hotel assigning rentals based on guest preferences. Of course, VRBO does not assign or book anyone. Guests freely select a property and book themselves. This property is accurately described and photographed as an ocean view, south facing, 1 bedroom (Q) unit at an oceanfront resort and is priced accordingly. Sensitive to their confusion and disappointment, we offered to transfer these guests to an oceanfront unit at no additional cost, or to fully refund their reservation so they could locate something more to their liking. We assume no responsibility for their misunderstanding, rejection of our good faith attempts to please them, or their subsequent vindictiveness. This popular property stands on its own merit with solid premium reviews over many seasons.

This condo was very clean & comfortable! Good location and many, many amenities. The pool pic in the listing though available for use, it was not viewable from the balcony like the listing makes it appear.

Great beach vacation :)

This is an awesome vacation spot for families . The beach is a close walk from the room and the building is very clean and accessible. Everything you need is a close driving distance from the resort including Walmart which is across the street . The hosts were prompt to respond to any questions that we had . We would definitely come back.
