Welcome to our fully remodeled Innsbrook condo! Just steps from Lake Aspen, it’s easy to spend the day swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the water.



Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking the lake, watching boats pass and families enjoying the day. After an afternoon outdoors, fire up the grill for dinner with a view, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or settle inside for a movie by the wood-burning fireplace.



Make Yourself at Home

The spacious two-story living area offers comfortable seating, a smart flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals, with a Keurig for your morning coffee. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Lake Days & Outdoor Living

One kayak and one paddleboard are available for guest use.

• All guests must be registered with the main gate before check-in for security access.

• Minimum renter age: 25.

• Rental agreement: Please reach out if you’d like to review a copy before booking. The agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

• Security hold: A $500 hold will be placed on your card. This is a hold, not a charge.

I cannot recommend this property enough. The whole experience was top-notch. The condo is on the lake and is perfectly equipped. There is a lovely view and lots of outdoor seating, as well as equipment to enjoy the lake itself. It’s a charming rental with a wonderful host.

We had such a fun time at this condo. Communication with Kelly was seamless even when we had small issues. She was very prompt with her responses. We had four adults and two small children, and it was perfect for us. The views of the lake were wonderful, and going to the pool was a highlight for the kids. Needless to say, the beach was the favorite place for the children and a great place to hang out in the evening. We will definitely be coming back!! Loved it

Everything we needed for a few day stay was included in this delightful condo. Super clean, quality amenities, we were here for business and did not have extra time to really navigate the facility and enjoy everything offered. Comfy beds, beautiful view, great neighbors, fun paddle boarding and kayaking while the sun was setting. Plan to rent again next year.

Birthday/ Spring Break Vacay

I wasn’t too keen on staying so far from downtown St. Louis at first, but it turned out to be the best decision ever! The view was stunning, the place was incredible, and the host was super cool. The boys outside of not being able to play their game had a blast. We went for a walk on the trails, tried our luck at fishing, and almost went kayaking, haha! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back when the weather warms up again!!!!
