Amazing stay and property manager!!!!!

Very satisfied with my 4 day stay at Mr. Iyke’s property. Beautiful brand new property with a great property manager! Can’t get any better than that. I will definitely return in the next couple months. Thanks Iyke for everything!

Buyer beware

Nice home. BUT….Dishes and cookware need serious updating. Housekeeping was poor upon arrival. Including bedding and bathrooms. Looks like it’s a lived in home that allows short term renters whenever it’s not occupied by the owner. Too much communication to get what I needed for check in. The list goes on. The worst experience thus far in my user history.

Keisha, Thank you again for choosing us and your review. We have replaced the cookware, & all dishes are new. It is quite unfortunate you left a negative review after we sent the cleaners back to fix the housekeeping issue as we discussed. You requested a refund on a night's stay which we honored. Also waived your cleaning fee. I am sorry if the communication was overbearing, but we rather communicate & keep you in the loop of things rather than ignoring your comments or issues. Thanks again.

Meet the In-laws!❤️

We spend two nights with our newlywed daughter and her husband and met his parents and grandmother for the first time.. The house was perfect allowing plenty of room to gather and yet have privacy when needed. The location was perfect and convenient to services. Ike was super responsive when needed. Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend for my Nephew

The property was beautiful, great location with good access to major highway, restaurants and shopping. Check in was seamless and any questions we had , Ike got right back to me. I recommend this property for anyone needing a house in this area.

Did you expect not to be charged for violating clear & precise rules?? This listing on VRBO clearly states, this is a non smoking house. You can smoke anywhere in the backyard, or the front but not inside the home. The day of check-in, I shared the check-in info with you via text & it clearly stated there is a FINE for smoking inside the property!!! How can you clearly be aware of the rules but neglect it, disrespected our home nice by smoking WEED, Cigarettes everywhere inside the house, living room, bedrooms & bathrooms. We had to buy ozone purifiers to clear out the smell in order to ready the house for the next guest. You left the home a mess, filthy and very dirty! burn marks, ashes everywhere. We have pictures and shared this with VRBO hence you got charged. You are not welcomed to book this property in the future, your reservation will be canceled.

Ideal Situation and Nice Home

We had a lovely experience in Ike's home as we were in town to celebrate Christmas with family. The home was very accommodating, and we were able to host our family gathering. Our babies slept undisturbed during nap times and nighttime, and we found the house to be spacious and comfortable. Groceries and restaurants are in close proximity, which proved to be very convenient. Ike was easy to reach and was a most hospitable host. An ideal situation! Thank you, Ike!

Beautiful property!

This was a fabulous house for me and my family to stay in. The house was gorgeous and backed onto a small lake with a walking trail. My kids really enjoyed the pool table and movie theatre. The house was very clean and well-stocked with all you would need. The host was very easy to reach and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property!

Gorgeous Home

The pictures does this house no justice it’s so pretty inside. I loved the decor and amenities in this home. Ike was an amazing host. His communication skills are impeccable. He responds to any and everything you ask within a few minutes of texting. Checkin was a breeze. Very spacious home. Neighborhood beautiful. Home was completely stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this home to anyone. We were in town for a 30th birthday get away. This home exceeded my expectations. I literally have no complaints. I will be staying again.

This rental is as beautiful as the pictures! Very clean and in a lovely neighborhood. It is centrally located. Most things 5-15min drive. Ike the host is very nice and communicative. Made sure we were able to access the property and answered any messages or questions we had promptly. Very generous with this stunning, NEW home! Amazing rental!

The property was beyond our expectations! The property is brand new and the decor is beautiful! The movie room is also a must as you can sit back and enjoy a movie theater experience from home. The host went above and beyond to make sure our accomafation was up to par, he also have recommendations to restaurants and night life while we stayed the week . Highly recommended! Will be booking this for our yearly event from here on out!

This home confirmed my move to houston!

I’ve been talking about moving to houston for as long as I can remember. I came across this property and picture did not do it any justice. The property is hands down probably the best property on VRBO. It’s a brand new property designed very tastefully. Every room has its own attraction and is spaced out beautifully. The house has everything you need, so don’t worry about that “i forgot something at home” feeling...oh and the back yard...there’s a lake ! With a full open view of the sky! Beautiful sunrise, sunset when the night sky is clear it sparkles with alll the stars. Convenience- Gas station supermarket Starbucks bank major highways salon anything you would need is within a close proximity of the property I leave the best for last! The owner Ike ! I’ve rented many places all over the US and I have to say, he is the best! He made me feel at home before I even got here. Ike was very professional, courteous and with open arms welcoming to his new home! I’ve dealt with renter and I’ve always had a hard time in the areas that I’ve stayed in but this trip was extremely smooth and helpful and allowed me to extend my trip another couple of days. Hats off to IKE for everything ! The best host I’ve dealt with in years ...Oh and btw my next houston trip is booked for this same house ! Thanks for for everything Ike!!!
