Welcome to your serene retreat in Houston—a striking blend of organic modern style and luxurious comfort. This stunning black-and-white house features bold dark orange accents that infuse warmth and vibrancy into its sleek, contemporary design. Outside, the backyard is a private paradise. Dive into the expansive pool or lounge on the elegant deck, surrounded by lush landscaping that creates a tranquil oasis. This unique place has a style all its own. Our stunning house, complete with a spacious pool and summer kitchen, is sure to make your gatherings unforgettable. The space The house featuring: - 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom with 8 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 air mattress and 1 crib - Oversized patio with summer kitchen (charcoal grill, gas stove and sink). - Game room with 65-inch TV with Youtube Premium and Netfilx, 8ft pool table, 2 arcade machines. - 1 65-inch TV and 3 55-inch TVs Other things to note * House Rule - Our top priority is to have respect for the neighbors. - Please no parties, loud music, or loud noises. NO EVENTS ALLOWED. - Quiet hours outside starts at 10:00pm. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhoods next door but still have a good time. - Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund. - No jumping on the bunk bed. Children must be at least 6 years old to sleep on the top bunk. - Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum. Cats are not allowed. - No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violation will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund. - No smoking allowed on the property. - Early check-in and late check-out might be available at $30 per hour. Please contact for more information. * Pool rule: - Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18. - Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained -Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 6.5ft and shallow end is 3ft. No children swimming without adult supervision. - Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM * Note: every Thursday we have pool maintenance person comes and check the pool. *Note: Trash pick-up day is Monday morning. Please put trash in the big trash bin on the driveway every Sunday night. This unique place has a style all its own. Our family had an amazing stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and very homey. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super sweet and responsive. It was perfect for our quick little getaway. Would definitely come back again! Thank you for having us!

We celebrated the New Year with family. We had 4 young children under 6 and the 2 pack n plays were appreciated! There were also small stuffed animals available. The house was very spacious and not cluttered so we didn’t have to worry about the little ones getting into anything. Jane was very responsive to all of my questions and even brought glasses to us on New Years Eve so we could toast in the New Year!!! Would highly recommend!!!
