Alex is a wonderful host, and the property was absolutely beautiful. We ran into a small issue during our stay, but Alex responded incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to his prompt assistance, we were able to end our trip on a wonderful note. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

The house has a few issues but we could figure things out…the hot water took quite a long time to get hot…. But again we figured that out as well… the pool was lovely really enjoyed it

Sandy and Jennifer were very kind and clean guests. I helped them to get produce before check in. Came the day before check in to organize recliners they rented from a medical clinic. I helped to set up WiFi. I also explain the hot water is heated in a large tank before it gets hot. All in all they were pleasant and clean guests.

This is the perfect spot! Very friendly and great house! A short drive from any place you’ll want to be in Houston. Mr. Alex was a great host who is very proactive to ensure you’re comfortable and informed for your stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time taking it easy on the back patio and just relaxing in the swimming pool…it made it tough to leave! We will be back on our next visit!

Beautiful home with lots of space. The pool and backyard did not disappoint. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. This has been one of our favorite properties. The owner was very friendly and responsive. We appreciated the baby crib and high chair provided. I would highly recommend.

The property was amazing! We were able to check in and use this very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, and very convenient location with no issues. Oooh and the pool was excellent!!! The host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to any and all questions. Overall excellent experience from booking through departure. 5 stars all the way!!!

Initially my only complaint after check in (there really isn't a check in, he just leaves the door unlocked so anyone can walk in) was that guests are not able to access the ac control. So if you are one of those people who freeze in restaurants, take winter clothes. If I could have gotten a refund after the 3rd time Alexander (twice by vrbo message, the third time was by phone call because he "just needed to hear my voice") asked how many guests were in my party, thats what I would have done. I told him in my reservation that I was coming to town for my sons birthday and Alexander turned it into an "event".We had planned on having a lazy day on Wednesday, just cooking good food and being lazy around the pool. Alexander called, said the wifi wasn't working, unplug the router, then he hung up on me. Called back as I was changing to get into the pool, and I didn't answer. Called back a third, speaking over me, demanding to speak to my son because he "could explain it better to him" kept talking over me until I just stopped speaking. He stated he was "on his way over" and hung on me again. He completely ruined our day. I was uncomfortable being there when he was so we changed and spent the day in Houston instead. I incorrectly assumed that he would call again after he was finished, but he did not. I have no idea if he even actually came.The house needs a good deep clean. The mold on the shower is pretty disgusting.I could go on but I am out of characters.

The pool was very cold and smaller than what it shows, along with the trees in the backyard wasn't as green as seen. The host was polite and the property was nice it was just sooo hot, we put fans on in every room and we came back that night and it was still hot.
