Nous accueillons un grand nombre d'invités

La maison superbement meublée avec grande cour arrière, piscine, jacuzzi, hammam et salle de gym. Les maisons 4110 et 4114 Sun Meadow Drive avaient été connectées ensemble pour former un seul endroit sophistiqué avec près de 6 000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Deux pianos à queue et deux cheminées. Jusqu'à 4 voitures à l'extérieur du parking et 2 voitures à l'intérieur du garage. Laveuse, sécheuse et lave-vaisselle Bosch. Système adoucisseur d'eau. Tous les appareils électriques haut de gamme. Barre humide avec le refroidisseur à vin. Aménagement paysager méticuleusement et éclairage nocturne. Arbre vivant à l'intérieur de la maison. Belle piscine éclairée dans la grande cour arrière. La piscine est partagée avec une seule propriété de plus qui m'appartient également. Super grill. Vraiment luxueux.
Vous êtes à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de Great Museum District avec Rothko Chapel à proximité, de Theater District avec Great Alley Theatre et de Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, la NASA est un peu plus loin, mais vaut certainement le détour. Et bien sûr, les enfants adoreraient Kemah et Galveston avec Schlitterbahn et beaucoup de plaisir à la mer.

We had a great stay! The property owner was friendly and kept in good communication throughout our visit, which made everything smooth and easy. The home was exactly as pictured and absolutely perfect for our needs. The pool was a great temperature and got lots of use during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience, we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a nice, safe neighborhood. Spacious, clean, and the pool…wow!! We were in town for ballgames at Daikin, and chose to uber…very reasonable time and affordability. Other areas we visited were drivable. Alex was the best host. Very responsive and caring for our comfort and enjoyment in the house. 10/10 recommend.

I live in Houston since 1974. NASA was my employer at that time. After that I had been working for various oil and gas equipment companies. This year my wife and I decided to start hosting business. We both like to be busy and work with people.

Spacious three bedroom house with high ceilings living room, kitchen island with top appliances such as gas and electric stove, convection and microwave ovens by Sub-Zero Woolf. Modern wet bar and a wine rack.

Each bedroom has Queen size bed with its own WiFi connection.

Outside gas and charcoal grills. Wonderfully landscaped backyard with lighted swimming pool. The property is totally private. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip. And of course kids would love Kemah and Galveston with Schlitterbahn and great fun at the sea.
