Welcome to our beautifully renovated 17th-century Ottoman house, located in the historic Balat district, near the picturesque Halic waterfront in Istanbul. This charming residence blends historic elegance with modern comforts, offering a unique stay in a prime location.

Rest assured about cleanliness and hygiene. As cleanliness-obsessed individuals, we ensure everything is spotless until we are certain.

-Entrance is at street level. There are stairs inside the pavilion to reach other floors.
-Passport photos will be collected before check-in due to law.
-Cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee of 50 euros. Due to requests from some guests for hotel-style cleaning, we have found it necessary to include this information. Please remember that this is not a hotel.
-If you prefer VIP one way airport transportation (80 euros for up to 6 people or 100 euros up to 16 people), please inform me before the day you arrive. Note that only cash USD, EURO or TL payments are accepted.

-Free slots in the street.
-There is a private car park near our place that costs 15 euro daily.
