This two bedroom 2ND FLOOR loft is a boutique apartment in the heart of historic downtown Bryan. The almost century old building is on Main Street, just four doors down from the iconic Queen Theater. The two bedrooms boast luxury king sized beds with soaring 14 ft. ceilings. If you must work while you play, the modern office includes super fast WiFi. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping, with convenient on street parking. Centrally located for easy trips to the Texas A&M Campus, Blinn, RELLIS, or College Station.

The rooms were exactly as pictured. Check in and access were very easy. The location in downtown Bryan was great and allowed us to wander around town and check out the evening entertainment locations. We plan to use this location again next time we’re attending a class in College Station.

Fantastic location and amenities were great! The travel shampoos/conditioners were a nice treat! We did not cook but all necessary items seem to be present. Great hot water & water pressure. A little bit of music from the bar across the street but not a big deal. Already recommended to a friend!

Awesome Stay!!

This place is so amazing!! Everything was exactly as described, except better!!! Follow the instructions in the email sent the night before your stay and everything will be perfect! We stayed on a Friday night and we are both light sleepers-and we heard absolutely nothing from the bar below OR the trains. Easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops. We didn’t have any issues so we didn’t contact the owner, but they checked in on us multiple times to ensure we had what we needed. We will definitely come back!!

We only had a family of 4 with two small kids but we need two queen or king beds. This was close to Santa’s wonderland. They had delicious pizza right next door

Fabulous!

This was a fabulous stay for us. The apartment was so cute and cozy. The beds were comfy. It's an old building and a little creaky at night, but the owners thoughtfully provided ear plugs and white noise machines. We would definitely stay here again.

Five years ago, we returned to our home town and started hosting guests in short term rentals. We have a heart for hospitality and would enjoy hosting you in this special property.

Downtown Bryan is a FUN place to stay while visiting Aggieland, with an abundance of restaurants, antique stores, and interesting things to do and see. It's also very convenient to everything in Bryan/College Station. This unit is a special place...right in the heart of downtown, just four doors down from the historic Queen Theater on Main Street. The historic structure contrasted with the modern decor create a cool vibe and the comfort of the king beds is top notch. The third bedroom is small...but a great place for kids or young adults to have their own space and make the unit suitable for up to 6 guests.
