Summary:
Booking age requirement - 21+ This Single Family House is everything you’re looking for in OCNJ. You and your family will absolutely love staying at your new, well-appointed home away from home. Corner property with a location that’s the best of both worlds in the middle of everything, yet a tad bit off the beaten path for extra privacy and relaxation.

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR LINEN POLICY

The Space:
1st FLOOR
Walk into your large open space which includes an open kitchen, living room, ding table and a wonderfully furnished, walk out front porch and convenient half bath powder room. The views from the front deck look directly towards the 9th Street causeway (perfect for taking in all the gorgeous sunsets). The open cook’s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. The living room has a large flat screen, designer furniture (electric recliners), and fireplace. There is a full laundry room and lots of closet space. There is also a super convenient closed in private outdoor shower hidden away under the front deck.

2nd FLOOR
Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The large Primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full with a twin pull out trundle bed. All rooms have Smart TVs.

LOWER LEVEL (The Lounge)
Located on the bottom / garage level is a finished 1,000 square foot finished lounge. Relax by yourself with a movie or have a game night with family and friends. You will love this huge added bonus space; check out our collection of board games.

This unit comes with four beach tags for use during your stay.

Guest Access:
PARKING
This property has reserved parking on a driveway pad for two cars. Plus, guests will receive a VIP Parking Pass for use at 12th street and Boardwalk parking lot. There’s also plenty of free street parking at the front and on the side of the house- There are No meters.

The Neighborhood:
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Getting Around:
Your rental comes with a JiLLy's VIP Parking Permit. For the duration of your stay, you can enjoy FREE parking at JiLLy's Arcade, 12th Street & Boardwalk. Simply drive in and out as often as needed.

My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!

Private Bayside Retreat in OC

Fantastic stay at this private home close to 9th street in OCNJ. Quick and easy communication with owner who provided a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. Thought of everything a Vrbo visitor would need. Spacious and well maintained property. Was very nice to have the place all to ourselves. Even provided a parking pass for beach - made our stay one to remember forever!!

Perfect Family Vacation!!!

This was overall the best vacation we have had in a really long time! The house was perfect! The attention to detail - all the little extras! It made us feel like we were staying at a friends house. The owner really went the extra mile! The location is great! We were close enough to the beach and boards that we could easily access by walking or driving - yet far enough away that we didn't have to deal with all the crowds of people. We really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly do it again! Thank you to Jodi and Family for making us feel so welcome!

Family vacation

Loved the location which was 1/2 block from playground for our grandchildren and Acme for shopping. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Jody was most attentive to our questions and concerns. The VIP beach access for parking and beach chairs and umbrella set up was an amazing perk worth its weight in gold. Nice Welcome Gift of boardwalk treats. House could use a few more items which I shared with Jody and by the way he helped us with a few things I’m sure they will be added. Parking was never an issue plus the 2 car garage was wonderful.

The home is located a bit far from he beach, but having the parking pass made it much more doable. I needed an additional pass because we had two babies and all their stuff. Jody quickly responded yes. We also received a $25 gift card to Jilly's arcade, which my grandsons loved.

Great weekend getaway

We took our daughter and a couple of her friends to the shore for the weekend. The house accommodated us very well. The kids loved the space in the garage to hang out and play games. It’s not far from the boardwalk and super convenient to Acme! Jody was responsive anytime we reached out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home for a weekend with friends!!

This house was perfect for a weekend in Ocean City, and I would totally recommend to anyone, whether it be a family or friends!! The owner, Jody, was very easy to deal with and our trip was very smooth. Definitely got our money’s worth!!!

Updated 4 bedroom close to Park with Family Friendly Amenities

This house was beautiful! The amenities - including a parking spot at the boardwalk, the set up of the beach chairs at the beach, a gift card to Jilly’s, refillable cup and fries for Jilly’s, and plenty of off street parking - made this rental easy for having 4 kids from 7 months to 5 years old. I wish there was a better process for checking in, as it was an added task to call for access to the rental after a 3 hour trip with 2 babies in the car. The furniture was also sparse - would have liked end tables and/or a coffee table to place items we were using, as well as an area rug (as the hardwood was uncovered and slippery). The couches were luxurious, however having to plug them in to the wall behind the couches created a tripping hazard. There were also numerous ants on the counter when we entered, and continued to be there throughout our couple days stay despite repeatedly wiping down counters and not keeping food out/taking trash out/etc. We also would have appreciated more available items: hand soap at the sinks, comforters for the beds, more pillows for the beds, hand towels for bathrooms/kitchen, cleaning products to wipe down bathrooms/kitchens, bath towels, etc. This rental was not stocked for a quick weekend trip, but more like a week stay if you’re planning to pack the car for 7 days and throw in these items. To rent a property for a quick weekend in the off-season, there should be more items supplied, as most VRBOs do for these types of rentals. Overall we enjoyed this updated property and being so close to a park and Acme to run down and by things that were not provided.

My family and i Really enjoyed this house. Very clean inside, nice layout, and great location and easy access to downtown OC and the boardwalk. Jody was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommned.

This house was fantastic! It was so clean and spacious. We had 2 families and my parents staying here and there was enough space for all. Jody was also wonderful to work with from check in to answering any questions we might have had about Ocean City. The beach was a few blocks away but having a parking space included was also a huge plus in our minds. We will definitely be booking this house for next Summer!

This is a SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE. Most rentals in Ocean CIty are either a 1st or 2nd floor condo unit. You have to deal with noisy neighbors or sometimes even worse. You came on vacation to relax and that is exactly what this home allows. No neighbors up top or down below. the house is ALLLLLL YOURS !
