The house was very nice and the setting was beautiful and peaceful. There is an issue with VRBO in that their calculated rental cost is less than the billed amount, as well as an error in the refund on a change in the reservation. The owner was very responsive, however, in getting it resolved accurately. We would definitely recommend this as a great stay!

We had the best time on a girls weekend. The house and land are just perfect. We did not get to enjoy the pool because it was a bit chilly at the end of october, but it was open and clean if we had wanted to brave the cold! We enjoyed having our coffee in the sunroom each morning while we watched the sun rise and playing card games around the dining room table in the evenings. We highly recommend this peaceful farmhouse for your next stay in Georgia and we hope to stay here again next year!

Amazingly spacious, gorgeous property, picturesque, pool was refreshing, kitchen stocked and made cooking easy, comfortable beds, very clean, can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for our sons wedding at a nearby wedding venue. The host was very responsive and the property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and very adequate for our family stay. Recommend for a family looking to stay in this area.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is stunning and the horses were such an added bonus. We loved seeing them roam around and got the chance to say hello to them. The grapevines were full of delicious grapes. The pool was amazing and we had a great time cooling off after hiking a gorgeous trail of waterfalls at the nearby state park. We loved how secluded everything was. Will absolutely book again.

This was a very peaceful property. The pool and setting were perfect for our needs. There is no internet; but that was fine for us. It is older home, but so charming and relaxing. The horses were an added bonus for my 7 year old niece!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and we loved the sunroom. Kids loved petting the horses. Very relaxing and secluded but still close enough to civilization to enjoy pizza (Manchester) for dinner.

Peaceful Indeed

Enjoyed our recent stay at this country farmhouse. Very simple but had everything we needed. Weather and time did not allow using the pool or watching the horses very long, but the home was a perfect location for a nearby annual event. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect and praceful

The living space was great. There was plenty of room for everyone to lounge, eat, move around. The kitchen was well equipped. Having 3 bathrooms and a laundry room were added bonuses. The property was so peaceful, and we loved visits from the horses.
