Cozy Cape Cod conveniently located only 1.5 miles from the All Star Village and 19 miles from Dreams Park. Well loved and maintained family home on the west end of Oneonta. Many areas to gather: large open concept kitchen, living room with 65 inch TV and sectional, outdoor dining and fire table. Four bedrooms with smart TVs, 2 full baths, sofa queen sleeper, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Owners reside nearby and will be available. No pets or smoking.

Cooperstown home

This house was everything advertised and more. Me, my wife, my 3 children, and in laws stayed in this beautiful home and it had everything we needed and more. Check in was super easy and the house was spotless. 3 minute drive from all star village and restaurants and stores were nearby. Can't say enough good things about this house and I would highly recommend!

Cape Curveball was a home run!

Wonderful hosts, attention to every detail. Shawn and Sabrina greeted us when we got there and showed us around, which was great. The house was spotless and beautifully appointed. Lots of amenities and nice patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Very cozy and relaxing environment. I believe the listing said one bathroom, but it actually had 2, which was a nice surprise. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This house is a home away from home! It was perfect for our three baseball families with everything we needed and more…and less than 5 minutes from CASV. The pictures don’t do the house justice - it was way more spacious than we expected with plenty of room for all to gather or have a moment alone. The fire pit was a perfect touch to the end of a long day of baseball. And the trampoline was another added bonus - the kids had a blast! And the hosts were amazing and super responsive!

Best vacation rental we've ever stayed at.

My group (family and friends ranging in age from 9-69) loved this place. Shawn met us at check-in and took the time to show us around to make sure we knew how things worked and to answer any questions. When we did have an issue, he was super responsive. The place is wonderfully decorated, spacious, and very clean. It was like being at home since we had everything we needed. Plus, we were gifted a voucher for 10% off at a local restaurant. For anyone coming because their kid will play at All-Star Village, this place is only a 6 minute drive away. It's close to several places to eat and less than 10 minutes to downtown. Definitely a 5-star place.

Cape Curveball is perfect!

This was the most perfect accommodations for our family while our son played at CASV. The house was VERY CLEAN and very well-appointed. The homeowners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! We also had grandparents stay with us for a few days and the downstairs bedroom/bathroom was great for them. We hope our younger sons have the opportunity to play at CASV in a few years so we can come back. Thank you for making our stay in Oneonta memorable!

Excellent location for All Star Village

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Very neat and tidy with empty drawers and cabinets to allow us to get comfortable. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs would have accommodated more than one family nicely. Bedrooms all had window AC units. No laundry available to the renters but local laundromat was an easy option. Great communication from the owners. They were very gracious and helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Top-Notch Oneonta Home + Rental Experience!

Sabrina and Shawn were amazing hosts and thought of every single detail to ensure we had what we needed to feel right at home at their home! The home was immaculate, offering ample room for our family to spread out, and featuring freshly updated decor and furnishings. The beds were so comfortable (and I'm picky with beds as I have a bad back). We loved having our morning coffee and an evening glass of wine out on the back deck--and the fire table was perfect for chilly evenings. I've stayed at many VRBOs over the years and Shawn and Sabrina are the first to even provide packaged toothbrushes and toothpaste in the guest bathroom--they truly thought of everything! The location is unbeatable for driving to/from All Star Village--we were less than a 5-minute drive to the complex. Thank you, Shawn and Sabrina, for such a fantastic week at your home!
