Excellent Property - we had a wonderful time!

We rent a lot of beach houses, and this one is great. The location is perfect (at the less crowded end of Dewey, but walkable to everything). The house is really well maintained, and it's better stocked than most places we've stayed. Best of all - it's right on the water. Walk out the front sliding glass doors onto the sand and up the walkway to the beach. We really did enjoy staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Dewey! The house was very nice and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We have teenagers, but it would be great with little ones too. The location is great, we were able to walk to Dewey and Rehoboth boardwalk. You step off the front porch right to the beach. The beach area was much less crowded and the area was nice quiet. I highly recommend renting this home!

Great location for a family!

The house is a nice rowhouse, and is on a perfect beach location for a family -- its between Dewey and Rehoboth, so less crowded then either of them. We had a great time!

Fantastic location and home!

After staying at multiple Delaware beaches over the last decade, this was by far the best location. The home was absolutely adorable, very clean, nicely decorated, and it was an amazing family vacation. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant.

Our family loved staying in this home for a week. It’s the perfect location to easily get to either Dewey or Rehoboth. We loved the outdoor living space and the beach access. Home was updated, clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This is a great property! Cozy and comfortable for four adults and one small child. Owner was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. Much more stocked than we expected with food, necessities and lots of beach toys for the kiddo. You can’t beat proximity to the beach! Overall a great stay!

Family getaway

This was a fantastic location and house! We loved the extra beach backyard where we could play cornhole in the evening. The beach access also has free accessible wheelchair service from the Town of Dewey right to the back door. This was so helpful to our family member with mobility issues. We had a great stay!

Great location and clean house

Wonderful - stayed with family (four adults, three children ages 4-7). Easy access to quiet beach with food stand and rentals, and large sand area immediately behind the home in which kids can play while adults lounge on deck. Rehoboth beach and boardwalk nearby, and Dewey Beach strip walkable distance. Home was clean and well-kept with all the listed amenities. Would definitely stay again.

A week at the beach

This is a perfect house for a week at the beach. We didn’t even have to put shoes on. Just walk out the door and find a spot. Great for sunrise and sunsets too. Dewey Beach is a wonderful beach and community.

The place was great with many amenities !! There was a lack of communication with the realtor because we asked about beach towels and was told there wasn’t any and there was a lot !! We asked about extra parking and was told there was none and they had a lot of guest parking !! We had a few more things But I am running out of space !!

Beachfront and cozy

Excellent property - steps from the beach, steps from Silver Lake, perfectly situated between Rehoboth and Dewey restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The inside is cozy, clean, with plenty of space and all the amenities. Beds were clean and comfortable and furniture was clean and comfortable. Extra outlets where needed for charging, and AC worked great. Wonderful stay and would stay again!

Exceeded all expectations!

Wonderful location and property! Great for kids and adults alike. Close to Rehoboth and Dewey. The north Dewey beach was ideal, not overcrowded. The kids loved the sand in front of our deck. We look forward to returning! Tons of amenities provided by owner (quality beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and many more). Highly Recommend!

We had a party of five staying which included my husband and I, my two girls under age 7, and my one parent. The downstairs was not too crowded so the girls could play easily during rainy times. We loved the layout of the place and the proximity to the beach. The deck was wonderful and having a view of the ocean was serene. The owner was very responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

Good choice - enjoyed our stay!

Great location - easy walk to the beach/water, even for my 90-year old mother. View is great even though you can only see the beach/water from the second floor. Deck lacks a little privacy from adjacent neighbors if that's important. Well-outfitted with beach equipment, toys, towels. Foot hose on deck and outside shower were both very nice to have to try to keep sand off deck and out of the house. Morning sun is a little intense, so sliding glass door blinds need to be drawn to keep house cool in morning. Overall great choice for us! So happy it was available.

Great little spot by the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, private beach access and a short walk to the main Dewey beach. At the end of the road is a Jolly Trolly stop so very convenient when getting into downtown Rehoboth. Nice and quiet with lots of amenities. Plenty of sand toys for the kids and beach chairs. My only recommendation would be if possible to include kitchen wash towels and some kind of wash drain. We brought all the towels and linens but did not think about needing kitchen towels and so I ended up buying some while there, perhaps that’s just personal preference though and does not impact my rating or overall stay satisfaction. Overall we were very happy with this location and the communication with the owner. Thank you for the memories!

Amazing location, needs updates and deep cleaning

It was dirty when we arrived, the owner sent the cleaning service back the next day after we had wiped down a lot of surfaces. It was better, but needs a deep cleaning. She also discounted us one night (not including taxes and fees). There was little space in the kitchen cabinets due to all of the owners belongings. Deck still had quite a lot of sand on it until I thoroughly swept it. Upstairs bathroom has no toilet paper holder. Otherwise, the location is amazing and it was close to Rehoboth and Dewey. It was right on the beach and the view from the main bedroom was the best part, beautiful! It had beach chairs and an umbrella which was nice.

This lovely beachfront townhome has been in our family for more than 50 years. Our parents purchased it when we were young, and it quickly became our mother’s most cherished place. Many of our happiest childhood memories were made here—swimming for hours, building sandcastles, searching for seashells, and taking long walks along the shore.

When our mother passed in 2021, she entrusted this home to us, her two daughters, so that it would continue to be a place of joy for family and friends. Today, it remains a beloved gathering spot for our extended family and now for our children as well.

We hope you feel the same peace, happiness, and magic here that we have experienced throughout our lives. May your stay bring you beautiful memories of your own.

The Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is only about a half-mile walk along the sand, and outlet shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all within a short drive.
