Oceanfront 3-Story Townhome • Renovated • Steps to Beach & Boardwalk

This lovely beachfront townhome has been in our family for more than 50 years. Our parents purchased it when we were young, and it quickly became our mother’s most cherished place. Many of our happiest childhood memories were made here—swimming for hours, building sandcastles, searching for seashells, and taking long walks along the shore.

When our mother passed in 2021, she entrusted this home to us, her two daughters, so that it would continue to be a place of joy for family and friends. Today, it remains a beloved gathering spot for our extended family and now for our children as well.

We love this location because it offers the perfect blend of convenience, beauty, and privacy. The townhome sits just steps from the beach and is uniquely nestled between Rehoboth Beach, Silver Lake, and Dewey Beach—giving you easy access to all three.

A small, sheltered beach area right outside the back door is ideal for windy days or for families with young children. The Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is only about a half-mile walk along the sand, and outlet shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all within a short drive. It’s truly the best of coastal Delaware in one spot.
