The house was clean upon arrival. The access to the beach and the ocean view was fantastic. The host was prompt with responses to questions and to correct the one very minor issue we had upon arrival.

Location was great! Just steps from the boardwalk. You never need to move your car as there are so many things to do within walking distance. The host keeps beach supplies in the garage so you don’t have to pack bulky chairs and umbrellas. The yard is like a small quiet nature zone to enjoy while cooking out. Even though you are steps away from the ocean you can also feel like you are relaxing watching the squirrels, rabbits, and birds interact with each other in the yard. The host was very attentive to our questions and kind. The air conditioning does have trouble keeping up and some spaces get cooler while others remain warm. The cool unique touches of the house itself, inside and out, make it fun. Getting up in the morning to watch the sun rise from the master bedroom was breathtaking.

Beautiful, retro house with lots of room and plenty of sunlight. Direct views of ocean from 2nd floor. Very good communication and updates from owners. Fantastic location- right on the beach, and you can pick up the boardwalk and walk right into town for shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay.

The house is incredible, and the location is perfect. All the conveniences of being in Rehoboth but outside the crowds. Easy access to a great stretch of beach, and easy walk into the center of town. Our one rainy day, we took advantage of that to take the grandkids to Fun Land! Also, communications are very good, and the manager, Dylan, was very responsive to any minor issues that arose.

We loved this place!

This is a great property, right on the beach and an easy walk up the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. Kitchen was well outfitted for our meals. Great views from all the decks - we loved it!

Rehoboth Boardwalk

Super fun and funky property with AMAZING views and perfect location - close enough to walk to everything, but at the quiet end of the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful beach house

We came for six day getaway. The house was very relaxing great ocean views. Two minute walk to the beach, chairs and umbrellas were supplied. Located at the end of the boardwalk, so an evening stroll on the boardwalk was a must. Was also dog friendly, which was very important to us .

Great place for a beach stay

This is a very roomy snd comfortable beach house in a super convenient location right on the Rehoboth boardwalk. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath. The host is great to work with. We’re already planning for next time

The property is beautiful. However if the guests are elderly or handicapped the stairs are a hindrance or possible safety concern. The location is perfect. Right off the beach and boardwalk
