This beautiful Creekside Loft Suite features a King-sized private bedroom and an upstairs loft with 2 dbl beds. Picture windows look out over Fall River. Your private bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials and offers a small dining area with bar stools. Living Room has a comfy sofa and a cozy gas fireplace. Private deck with hot tub and patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. Enjoy watching the wildlife!

The unit and surrounding was very clean. The unit was very pretty with great windows and deck with hot tub and river approximately 50 yards away. My wife and I stay in Estes every November and for the cost there was no laundry in this unit and it was very small and crowded with furniture that was too big for the space. That said, there is an upstairs loft with two beds. I couldn’t imagine sharing this unit with more than two adults with the lack of space, one bathroom, no dinner table. There was a king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. At first when you lay down on it it felt soft. Then you just bottom out and it felt like I was laying on a board. Also. The room had no ceiling lights just two small bedside lamps. There was a lamp up high above closest but it did not work. One safety concern would be the steps leading to the deck to enter the front door were slopping down. If they were wet or snow covered someone will fall, especially when walking down the two steps. Stay here for the location to RMNP and cleanliness of unit and property, not for the space, comfort and amenities. I know I could spend less and get more in Estes park.

Property is well maintained. The location by the stream is lovely! The unit is very clean and SO cozy. Kitchen has everything you may need. Beds are comfy too. Getting to town and getting to the park entrance were very easy.

Property was beautiful! Loved the river! A large male elk came up right in our back yard. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace heater in the living room. Very close to RMNP.

The property was very clean. I would give 4 1/2 stars but it doesn’t allow. I didn’t do 5 stars because several of the windows were broken and wouldn’t open. I understand not having air conditioning in the mountains because I live in CO and it cools way down at night in the mountains. But
you need a cross breeze to get the air in. With many broken windows, that could t be achieved. So the condo felt very stuffy and hot. Other than that, everything was great!

Was the perfect choice for the sleeping arrangements we needed. King in the master and 2 queens upstairs. Who wants to sleep in a sofa sleeper LOL. Nice location, private hot tub with fresh water

Great place to stay

The condo was nice, very clean, beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! The location was perfect, close to town and RMNP, very quiet area. Check in process was simple, the guys at the front desk were friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The only negative thing I can say is the blinds in the master bedroom were missing pieces so anyone walking or driving by could see in the room. We would stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

Great location-short drive to RMNP and Estes Park. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. Hot tub was ready to go and a nice way to end the day.

Exploring RMNP

This is the perfect spot to stay while exploring Estas Park and RMNP. John was particularly helpful in getting us oriented and providing great food recommendations. The check in/out process was smooth and the staff was helpful. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The hot tub was awesome at the end of the day after hiking. We will be back!

Great place!

Location was amazing, just a short drive from downtown Estes and got to see some wildlife from the deck! The sounds of the river close by made it really relaxing!

Mountain paradise

Everything was effortless from check in to check out (although we really didnt want to leave). Absolutely perfect for two, but there are two more large beds upstairs. The hot tub was a sweet addition to an already perfect location. Oh & i didnt even mention the relaxing sound of the river behind us. Peaceful, restorative & absolutely beautiful 💕💕 Definitely coming back asap!!

Great getaway spot

Everything it was advertised to be, and nothing it wasn't. Nice, comfortable place, convenient access. Few minor things (blinds in the bedroom could use to be replaced), but nothing that took away from the stay. Saw a herd of mountain goats from the deck! We would absolutely stay here again.
