The Majestic Pines Mountain House (EP 2064) is a beautiful and comfortable 3,644 sq ft house in a forest setting with a tall vaulted ceiling and large windows.
➡Enjoy stunning views of Twin Sisters and Longs Peak.
➡Relax in the private hot tub after a day of sightseeing or hiking.
➡Ride the mountain coaster with unlimited ride passes (see below).
➡Easily drive to RMNP (Only 6 miles).
➡Play arcade games, air hockey, foosball, Nintendo Switch games.
➡Sleep on king beds.
➡Park in the heated garage.

The house has 3 unlimited ride passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster that you are welcome to use during your stay. A 3-pack of tickets costs $35 so if 3 people were to ride 3 times each, this is a $105 value. Zip through the forest at nearly 30 mph or take it slow and enjoy the scenery down 3,000 ft of track. You can ride the coaster alone or with a passenger. The coaster is located at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd in Estes Park, which is a 5 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes) from the house. Days and hours are limited during the winter and the coaster may be closed during inclement weather. Please note that there is a $250 replacement fee for each pass that is missing from the house upon check-out.

Due to my house cleaner's schedule, I am unable to make arrangements for an early check in or a late check out. On the day of check in, I will send you a message as soon as the house is ready to go. (The house is typically ready to go between 3pm and 4pm.)

My insurance company does not allow for any open flames or outdoor smoking at the house due to fire risk.

The house is connected to the town's new Trailblazer fiber optic gigabit internet service and the hot tub is available year round.

During the autumn, winter, and spring, it can be helpful to bring a vehicle with 4WD / AWD. The town generally does a good job of plowing and sanding the roads in the neighborhood in a timely manner after each snow storm, but if you need to drive while the snow is still falling, or you are going up to higher elevations such as Rocky Mountain National Park where they tend to get more snow, it's a good idea to have it.

The house is decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree and Christmas wreath. (Typically the week after Thanksgiving through New Year's Day).

As a courtesy to our neighbors, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum - especially during the town’s quiet hours from 7pm to 7am. No outdoor music.
Town rules and the fire code limit the total number of people who can be on the property to no more than 8 at any given time.
To help keep the space clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes when in the house. There is a shoe tray by the front door.

Long weekend at RMNP
My husband and I were really impressed with our stay this past weekend. The property was beautiful and well kept. The home was well stocked with essentials like k cups for coffee, laundry detergent, spices and other items for your convenience. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous home in the mountains

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The hot tub was a big plus. Perfect getaway location. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house in Estes Park.

This is the rare property that is actually better than the pictures or description. Everything is top notch-fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean bathrooms with great water pressure, etc… The views are incredible and yet just a short drive from RMNP. We were a group of 6 adults and everyone had plenty of room. Spent most of our time outside at the dining table. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home to house a large family located minutes from RMNP entrance. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the evenings as this home is located in a culdesac. No traffic at all. We would definitely book this home again.

Loved the house and views
We loved the house - it was very spacious for 6 of us and had a spectacular view of Twin Sisters and Long's Peak. It was also very close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (where we spent most of our time). The kids really loved the game room and we all played Let's Dance. Everything was very modern and updated - including the thermostats in each room, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and kitchen. The hot tub was an added bonus, too! We had a wonderful time and will plan to come stay again!

Great house in a great location. Plenty of room if you had a larger group or family trip planned. The hot tub outside was amazing and the house had all the necessities you need. I would definitely stay here again. Communication was awesome! All around great trip.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Location is perfect for hiking in RMNP. We saw elk in the yard daily, and enjoying watching the sun hit the mountains each morning. House is comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated and equipped. Violet was great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Totally relaxing!
This property is the best that I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many. The host supplied so many extras from, tea, coffee & sugar to the sheets & towels. A big plus for us a we all flew in. The house was spotless and has all the amenities. We sat on the outside deck and watched the deer & elk in the yard along with the birds. The location is perfect as it’s close to the park. We will be back!
