Situated on 2.5 acres, this private setting with mountain views, has everything you need to feel at home. Multiple markets for food, beer, and wine less than a 5 minute drive as well as ski stores for supplies

The space
Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Jamaica and Southern VT has to offer from relaxing to being active skiing, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, ATVing, or checking out the local shops and restaurants.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area.

Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. Additionally has a crock pot, coffee maker, and lots of other items to make you life here as convenient as possible.

The dining table seats a total of 6-8 guests comfortably.

The living room has a large and comfortable couch that seats up to 4-5 people, two additional mid-century chairs, (the kitchen bench doubles as additional seating) and a 50 inch UHD smart TV with streaming capabilities and streaming live TV (roku) as well as apps. You are also welcome to login to your Netflix and other streaming devices through the smart tv apps.

Hotel quality linens and towels, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash provided for guests.

Outdoors: Sit (season permitting as furniture is stored during winter) on the huge deck looking at the mountains. Weber grill is for guest use all year round. The large private side yard has a fire pit and abuts woodlands.

Bedroom 2: located on the lower floor, has one king bed, closet, and rocking chair
Bedroom 3: located on the lower floor, has one queen bed and one pull out sofa that converts to a full bed.
Common area: located on the first floor, has an area for one floor blow up mattress that can be provided.

All mattresses are memory foam.
