This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, townhouse located at Fairway Oaks. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet and all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 6 with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins.

This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, flat-screen Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a patio area off the back of the property. Exterior of property is under 24 hour video surveillance.

Week Long Stay

We loved almost everything about this property. We had to buy a lot of items (sponges for cleaning the dishes, tin foil to cook things in the oven, additional trash bags, etc.). And for showering, the water pressure was very light.

Perfect little place

The town house was the perfect size for my family of 5. Very quiet area and a very short walk to the beach. Matter of fact nice walking area to a lot of shops as well.

This condo was very clean when we arrived, instructions clearly communicated for entry and conditions for check out were easy to follow. Having access to the pool was a wonderful amenity as beaches were very crowded during our entire stay. I would recommend this property and company to friend and family.

Loved it but overall cleanliness of property needs improvement

Loved the location and the walking distance to the beach! The property accommodated the size of our family well. To our dismay, the property was not cleaned well. There was sand on the furniture, stains in the carpets, dirty dishes in the cabinets and hair on the bathroom floor and in the showers.

Property as promised

Property was as described. Very clean and a sort walk to the beach. Property pool was lo ely after a fay at the beach. Only atea of improvement could be a little more comfy beds. Thet were not like " Mid Evil Times" uncomfortable but a little softer. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place

The house was very nice. The beds could be better. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. We had to buy a mattress topper to make the bed comfortable. Also the house wasn't swept well, a lot of dust bunnies and the molding weren't clean.

Wonderful home! Would love to stay again. Just a couple of tweaks I would make, but didn’t ding them bc Im just particular lol. I would have loved room darkening curtains. The rooms had wooden blinds, but didn’t keep the sun out. Also, the sheets need to be oversized to compensate for the comfortable topper they had on the mattress. If you are like me and sleep with lots of pillows, bring some from home. Great location, accurate listing. Very comfortable, very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Not worth the money!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed with this rental. The townhome had flying bugs inside it and all around the outside, there were bugs in the kitchen, coffee cups were dirty, black grease on the blinds, oven handle was broken. Cobb webs hanging from ceiling in dining room and we didn't didnt feel comfortable eating at the table (it was dirty). The doorlock stopped working our last night there so we couldn't get in. We had to wait for over an hour for someone to come and let us in. On positive note, the location and pool were great. I definitely will not be recommending this townhome to anyone.

We're sorry you were dissatisfied with this property. It is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis for pests. For the housekeeping issues you reported 1/2 way through your stay, we did give partial compensation for the inconvenience. The door lock has also been replaced and we have had no further issues with it.

Nosy neighbors and owner

I received a call from the management company on a Thursday of our week long stay. She asked if I was there. I told her I wasn’t there at the moment, but could meet her later. I asked her if there was a problem. She said the owner was concerned because we were using the side door and the side door does not lock Not sure what the problem was since the neighborhood seemed like a nice neighborhoods and we didn’t see the urge to lock the door. It’s our personal belongings in there, so not sure why the owner would care if we locked the door or not. The property manager also stated that there was a 3rd vehicle at the property and we were only allowed 2 vehicles. We had a visitor come over and had a 3rd vehicle in the parking lot. I told the property manager that we not have the 3rd vehicle park in the lot. The property manager also stated that somebody in our unit brought a scooter into the neighborhood. She said that was a violation of HOA rules. I told her we were not aware and would take care of the issue. The property manager did not complain about noise or any violations of law. We were always out at the beach and eating out, We think the owner was watching our movement via the Ring Door bell and didn’t like the fact they couldn’t monitor our movements because we were using the side door. We also think nosy neighbors were reporting our every move. if you want privacy and don’t want somebody watching your every move I would not recommend renting this unit.

The owner reached out to the management company after receiving calls from several neighbors who reported they had not seen an adult at the property and all that appeared to be staying there were several teenagers. They also reported that there were regularly 3 vehicles onsite and a moped which are both violations of the rules and regulations. After reviewing their ring doorbell camera, that is when the owners noticed that your group was using the side door, which cannot be locked from the outside. This is a nice, overall safe neighborhood. However, the property should have been locked whenever it is not occupied. You may not have been concerned about your personal belongings, but the owners were concerned about their property and belongings (furniture, tv's, appliances, etc). With regard to parking and the moped, our rental agreement states "most condominium complexes only allow two (2) vehicles per unit and most do not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, campers or golf carts. You must make your own arrangements should you bring a vehicle that is not permitted and/or exceeds the two (2) vehicle limit per unit." This information was provided at the time of booking and then again at the time of check-in.
