We are new owners as of January 2021 and have redecorated and remodeled this gem. We created a romantic getaway for two. New King size comfy bed, new beachy porcelain tile floors, tranquil paint, new wooden walls similar to shiplap, two reclining leather chairs, and an electric fireplace with heat for chilly days or just the flame for ambiance, new glass back door for even better view, new bar and barstools with hanging pendants, new chest of drawers, rug & beautiful coastal art. Bathroom and Kitchen recent remodeled. Wonderful large tiled shower with glass door, Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer drier, Great location 2 minutes from Pier Park for shopping. Walk to restaurants. Fine dining and cocktails . One of Floridas largest fishing piers less than 3 minutes away. Swim with the Dolphins across the street. Welcome to white powder beaches and turquoise water. Great for honeymooners, anniversaries, special occasions or just a relaxing getaway. Great cozy place to stay right on the beach. There is some construction happening to keep the complex nice, but we didn’t have any issues with parking, beach access or pool access.

The property is darling and the access to the beach amazing. However, visitors from October 2025 onward should note that there is very loud, major construction in the complex.

Parking is very easy with the space in front often available. Property is older, but is right on the beach (1 floor above ground level) with great view of beach. Construction is ongoing but not intrusive (ie 1/2 of parking lot closed, but additional parking provided). Owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with and check in was contactless. Unit is small (very limited closet space) but still provided a very enjoyable stay. Balcony was the perfect setting with a few short steps needed to feel the sand. The mattress needs some love though, it has that cruise ship sinkhole feel that rolls you back to the middle of the bed. I dont care when it was bought, it needs replacing. For such a romantic setting with the bed being center of attention, that was disappointing. It didnt ruin our trip but it should not be ignored. Proximity to groceries and shopping was great (5min) and we walked to pier park.

We change the mattress often. We know it is difficult to please everyone on mattress choice since we often compare to what we have at home regarding softer of more firm. We have a lot of guests that like it. We will check into it soon to see if it needs replacement. Thank you for visiting
