Superbe salle de bain avec douche Ă  l'italienne en carreaux de cĂ©ramique. La chambre principale a un lit king et 55 pouces Smart HDTV. CanapĂ©-lit et lit escamotable cool! Carrelage en planches en dĂ©tresse et dĂ©cor cĂŽtier Ă©clectique. Une vue imprenable depuis votre balcon! Marchez jusqu'Ă  Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharky, Diego et la plage pour chiens Ă  l'entrĂ©e de Pier Park. 5 minutes en voiture de Frank Brown Park pour Gulf Coast Jam. Petit complexe, donc pas d'ascenseur ou parking compliquĂ©. Bain Ă  remous, terrasse, douche sur la plage et barbecues au charbon de bois sur place! Really nice villa! Clean and had all the kitchen supplies I needed. Amazing view from the balcony! right on the ocean! Gorgeous sunset view. Hosts were very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Checked in with me and let me know they were available.If I needed them. I'll be back again!

We asked to check in early which we were allowed, Jeff did a great job communicating! The freezer part was a bit dirty. The room and living room were really nice! The balcony view was great! Can’t beat the view from the ocean! It’s convenient to all the shopping places! Nice decor.

This condo is in a very convenient area, it is clean and affordable. The hosts are easy to work with, and had excellent communication.

Great location, pet friendly, beautiful view, owner is very helpful and responsive. Everything you could want is friendly walking distance with sidewalks and light crosswalks. You really don’t need to drive once you get there.The main issue I had was the washer and dryer are not in the unit you have to go on the third floor and coin operated It was a little tight not very wide but doable for two adults and two small pups. The balcony is small and the ac unit blows hot air on you but we still enjoyed it.

Such a wonderful time we had on our much needed few days at the beach. I am so grateful for Jeff's condo being available to us - it was perfectly comfortable, and to be able to bring our senior furbabies truly made this a stress free few days. We are already looking at our calendar planning our next visit! Oh, and that Murphys bed, incredibly comfortable!

On the smaller side but perfect for us!

The rental was very nice! Loved having our dog with us! My daughter absolutely loved the Murphy bed! We have no complaints with the condo. The only real negative would be the people that didn't clean up after their pets. But if you walk down to the right there are more places that are more appealing for your dog to potty. Overall it was a great trip!

Great stay and location!

We had a fantastic trip! We normally stay on Thomas Drive but this trip changed that for future trips. Wonderful location. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants. A very quick walk to Pier Park. And possibly the most important thing, the air conditioning in the room was incredible!!!

Nicely decorated and clean. Loved the option of pet friendly and being able to walk to different places. We enjoyed the ocean views and the beautiful sunsets. The downside is that we went during college spring break. Would not recommend staying during this time of year. During our stay there was loud karaoke until 12:00 am across street, heard a couple of domestic fights close to our unit, heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic starting around 6:00 pm, and was a gun shot incident at Pier Park. New fire alarm system was recently installed and went off 4 times which I'm sure will be worked out since it's new.

Family Spring Break

We absolutely loved the location and proximity to the beach. The smaller condo building was exactly what we were looking for our whole family. The unit set up was well thought out and we felt like VIPs when we went to the beach and the chairs and umbrella aandumbrella set up waiting for us.

Family Vacation

The location and amenities were great, making our stay immersive in PCB life. The beds and space was comfortable with a spectacular view and privacy. The place was well-decorated and maintained. Finding a nice spot that allows pets for a great price in peak season can be difficult to find, but this was a gem. It was walking distance from all the hot spots — 10 mins to the left will lead you to Pier Park & Dog Beach and 10 mins to the right to Sharky’s & local hotspots. The hosts were responsive and offered their favorite local areas, some of which we enjoyed, as well as allowing complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella which was a relief as we left ours at home.Overall, my family and I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is in a perfect location and is beautifully remodeled. It is located next to our other 3 units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370, 3262642) in the building if you have a larger group. We also own VRBO 780217 which is a 4 bedroom/4 bath townhome on the east end near Pineapple Willys.

We are in a perfect location within walking distance to everything you could need. It is a smaller complex so no parking ramps or elevators to wait for. Stunning views and a wonderful pool! Many dog friendly restaurants nearby including Shuckums and Diegos across the street. Less than 1/2 mile from the only dog beach in Panama City Beach. You can get from your car to the unit without touching any surfaces. No lobbies or elevators, and self check-in.
