Casa Sueños (House of Dreams) est une évasion magique dans un décor de conte de fées. Cette maison en rondins de cÚdre est entourée de bois.

Chaque matin, les oiseaux vous chanteront des chansons de rĂ©veil. De superbes picots en bois peuvent ĂȘtre vus depuis le pont enveloppant. Le soleil se lĂšve Ă  travers les arbres dans la chambre principale.

La nuit, les étoiles brillent à travers la lumiÚre du ciel. Il n'y a pas de cadre plus romantique ... mais c'est aussi génial de partager avec beaucoup de famille et d'amis.

Casa est à seulement 10 minutes de la magnifique rue Main à Highlands, mais elle est confortable et nichée dans les bois. Vous l'aimerez absolument et reviendrez souvent. Garanti!

Our stay started off a little rocky as a tree was blocking the driveway up to the cabin when we arrived. When I contacted the host, he quickly called a tree service and had them out there in 1-2 hours to clear the driveway so we could make it up to the house. Otherwise, the cabin was great and we had a great stay. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful property and location. Loved the hot tub and fireplaces and happy to be able to bring our quad ped family member! Lovely areas in town to walk the dog, botanical gardens, impressive dog park and multiple waterfall trails. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a girls weekend getaway and this lovely cabin in the woods fit the bill perfectly. The host was quick to respond to questions and the house was very accommodating. We enjoyed the sunrise on the deck with our morning coffee and the sunset from the hot tub. There were Christmas decorations up which was a nice touch. All and all we had a great weekend and would definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful week at Karl’s Cedar Log Cabin. Location is excellent due to the convenience to downtown Highlands yet felt very private. We prepared several meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Highlands Haven

Wonderful stay. Private, quiet and secluded. House layout is nice with spacious rooms. Hot tub, fire pit for smores, close to hiking areas and to town
hit every mark on our family’s checklist. Owners were so kind and attentive with quick response times and readily available for any questions. Easy check-in, checkout process. Very memorable vacation.

Immediate family getaway

The property is very nice and secluded. Very spacious interior, so plenty of room. It is located in an area with lots to do like hiking and waterfalls. The only downside was the steepness of the driveway.

Wonderful time in Highlands

Our stay was excellent, the house perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the swing and rockers, the hot tub, the grill, the fire pit (s’mores). The only thing we didn’t do was use the fireplaces (we wanted to but it was a bit too warm). Excellent communication and a lovely place to enjoy all that Highlands offers.

The house was comfortable but needed a few things fixed. One toilet ran continuously. The outside light was not bright. Leak under the kitchen sink . The screen on the front door needs replacing. It needs deep cleaning. However the hot tub was warm and clean and we enjoyed that and the firepit was nice but stairs need railing and lighting. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again if these things were fixed. Lighting.

My friend Patricia San Pedro and and I share this piece of heaven that we call Casa Sueños. Patricia and I were wandering down Main Street in Highlands and got curious about what the area had to offer. We walked into a realtor and asked what they had in mountain log cabins with fireplaces. Casa Sueños was the first property they showed us and it was love at first sight. We didn't plan to buy but we left the proud owners and have been loving it ever since. My daughter Sylvia, shown next to her very proud dad, has grown up with many great trips to the cabin with the beauty and charm that is Highlands.

Getting up to the cabin is quick and easy for us with a 2 hour flight into Atlanta from Miami and then an easy drive to Highlands. As easy as it is to get to it seems a million miles away once you get there.

We have the best of both worlds with Main Street less than 10 minutes away and the solitude of the cabin. Highlands is a great little town with lots to offer including great restaurants, shopping, art, culture, all with a friendly atmosphere.
