Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in the Beaver Village/ Building 1. New 42" Smart TV w/HD. Walking distance to downtown Winter Park, 10 minute free bus route to the WP Ski Resort, easy access to hiking and biking trails. The clubhouse has an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna and a laundry facility. Great for a family ski vacation in the winter or all of the great pastimes of summer in the Rocky Mountains! Beaver Village follows the CO Covid-19 Guidelines.

Conveniently located to winter park resort

The apartment was great for our family of 4. Conveniently located within a short walk to a bus stop for almost all colors of the free shuttle bus. Apartment had all pots and pans we needed to cook our meals. Short walk to the club house with 3 hot tubs and a pool. Overall we had a great time.

Bever Village Winter Park, CO

Great property, and location was very convenient. Bus line stopped right in front of the location for a quick 5 min ride to the resort at WP. Restaurants and the town are easy walking distance or a short drive away. Many dining options available for all tastes. I expect to return in the future!

Cute condo, comfy beds, dysfunctional fireplace

This is a cozy and clean 2-bed, 2-bath condo in a great location right by the local shuttle and close to shopping and dining. The kitchen was quite small, allowing only one person at a time, but was adequately stocked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. The TV was great. However, the fireplace was difficult to light, the pilot went out every 7-9 minutes, and my daughter almost got burned trying to relight it. All in all, we were happy here and would probably return if the fireplace was either repaired to allow the pilot light to stay on, or replaced.

Family Ski Trip

It was perfect for us. It was a good location and enough room for everyone. Very clean and easy check in and good communication with owner. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Walking distance to downtown events. Clean property. I always choose this property location.

Me and my 2 kids have taken many trips to the Mountains and this one was our best yet! Mainly because of our base which was this condo. Nancy was very communicative. Every amenity was perfect. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Nancy 😊

Great stay in Winter Park

Enjoyed our stay here. Property was cozy and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and location was great for both Winter Park ski resort and downtown area. Parking was easy. We would stay here again!
