Nice clean cozy condo at the base of Winter Park Resort

We took the grand girls to ski school at Winter Park, and this cozy condo was perfect for us, the location 5 minute walk to slopes, restaurants, shops, etc. Loved it! Condo was very nicely stocked, and sleeping arrangements very adequate. Thank you!

Great Quick Trip

The condo was very comfortable. The management company had great communication. They also went above and beyond their required responsibilities. It was my daughter's birthday, and they purchased a birthday cake for her. Also, I left a few clothes behind in the dresser and they made sure they tracked them down and returned them to me!! Just great service. Check in and out was easy. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall this condo gets the job done. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy king beds in each room. The pullout couch was also extra comfy. Ski in /Ski Out condo..Highly recommend the grocery service. If I’m being super picky....the condo could use a better seating arrangement in the family room. There is one 3 person couch to sit on and then a bunch of uncomfortable hard chairs ...after a long day of skiing- a big ole sectional would be more comfortable to nestle into. Also , Master Bath could use more towel racks!

Great Week

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was comfortable and fully ready for us. The communication from the Winter Park Lodging Co. was excellent, timely and clear. Make sure you read it!!! Check-in was so easy, as was check-out, and it's all explained in writing. I had to call them at one point and the office staff was very helpful. They recommended Home James to transport us to and from the airport. Home James was on time and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. It was really great NOT to have to worry or stress about the accommodations, transportation, etc. I would love to do it all again.

We flew in to hit the slopes and that’s just what we did. This condo is perfect. Hooks everywhere to dry your ski gear. Kitchen is well stocked. We’d stay there again for sure.

The BEST place to stay in Winter Park

The Zephyr Lodge is hands down the most convenient place to stay in Winter Park! Our condo was nice and had everything we needed for a great family ski vacation. MANAGER COMMENTS: Oh great! Great Location

Winter Park lodging company was great as usual. Check in and check out process was very easy. Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a great location right in the middle of the action. Very convenient to the lifts and the shops and restaurants. 1303 was very roomy for just two of us. Would be great for a family of four as well. The unit was comfortably appointed. The fireplace and balcony were nice amenities. The common areas of the building could have been kept cleaner by the building staff. There were trash bags left in the lobby, near the elevator and in the hallways for long periods of time during our week-long stay. The positives outweighed this annoying negative and we would stay here again. MANAGER COMMENTS: Terrific! We are so pleased you enjoyed another great stay up here with us. Zephyr's are surely the most convenient location. We will get in touch with the building to make sure things can stay as tidy as possible up there. We appreciate you letting us know and can't wait for your next stay up here!

brand new and well appointed condo

We absolutely loved our first family ski trip to Winter Park. Our condo was perfect! it had everything that we could possibly need, including unexpected items like: crockpot, french press coffee maker, blender & toaster. There were big smart TVs, board games, cards & books there to entertain us while we were off the slopes. We did not take advantage of the storage units, as we had free storage in the rental shop. This condo is slopeside about ground level so we could see skiers just outside the window and it is super close to the Zephyr lift. This was the best family vacation, we've had in a long time and we can't wait to come back! We will definitely stay in 1303 again! MANAGER COMMENTS: Wonderful! We are thrilled to read this. We are so pleased you picked a great spot and we would love to host you again. Let us know when you come back up to the mountains!
