Lake Ontario Beach House Getaway-Two Full Homes

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This property includes two large houses with direct private beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. It is ideal for large family getaways. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging, building sand castles, and taking sunset strolls.

Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We offer discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

Amenities include: Wifi at both houses, central AC and heating, and access to a washer and dryer in each house.

There is a Pack n’ Play (collapsible crib) located in the master bedroom of each house should you need it.

House #1: Closest to beach. This house has 4 bedrooms, one loft, a large kitchen-dining room area, a spacious living room with a smart TV, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a deck with grill. Smart TV's are located in 3 of the 5 sleep spaces.

House #2: This house is closest to the road and the larger of the 2 houses. This house has 2 kitchens (one on the main floor, one in the basement), 3 bathrooms (one on each floor), 5 bedrooms, and a large open kitchen-living room-dining room area. There is desk space in the master bedroom of main floor as well as the master bedroom of the basement for those who work remotely. This house has its' own deck and grill. There are 5 smart TVs in this house: Two are 55" located in common areas, one is 32" located in bedroom on third floor, one 40" smart TV in master bedroom of main floor and one 40" smart TV in basement master bedroom.

Note about the grills: We do keep a propane tank at each property for the grills, but the tank levels are not monitored or maintained. If they run out, you may exchange the tanks at a nearby store.

4 ocean kayaks with lifejackets are at the property for use as well as flotation devices. There is a fire pit area between the two houses and in front of the small house; you can also have fires on the beach.

The water is treated and safe to drink, however, we also have a 5-gallon water dispenser in the kitchen of each house if you prefer purified water and want to bring your own 5-gallon jug of water. Please note we do not provide the water jugs, but have a dispenser available for use.

Please take time to review the House Rules upon booking. This property belongs to an HOA and we will not be able to rent the property unless the rules are abided by ALL guests. The house rules are also posted at the property and available in the Welcome binder.
