Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean but very outdated. Nice central location but no washer and dryer in unit and definitely not a penthouse just on penthouse floor and sofa bed didn’t have top sheet or pillow case covers on them.

Retirement Deserved

I was Blessed to have my retirement fun at Camelot by the sea. I always stay there when in town. I have never had a bad experience with them. I keep coming back because it is always very Clean and the staff is Awesome. Easy Parking and close walk to the Boardwalk and Skywheel. Several nice restaurants close by. Plenty of hot water and towels. Love that they have a welcome basket. With paper towels, coffee, dish Detergent and scrub pad. And everything you need to cook with. We enjoyed cooking in and also supporting the local restaurants. The hot tubs were very relaxing. We enjoyed feeding The seagulls and walking the beach. Well taken care of condo

Nothing to like about this place. Had a terrible experience here, on our honeymoon none the less. We arrived early 2pm on the check in day and were told the room wasn’t quite ready, check in time was 4pm, but they would call if it got ready any earlier. No problem, we just did a few other things and came back at 4pm. We were met with a completely full lobby with no one moving and finally the manager on duty stepped out, told us none of the cleaning crew had shown up for the day, but they had another crew in there now and to check back later or they would call, but it would most likely be 2 more hours, possibly more. We went and wasted some more time assuming even though a rocky start, we would be ok, just a little behind. We came back around 6:30 to 7:00 and were finally informed they didn’t know how long it would be at this point but they would call. We waited around till 9:30 at night and came back and were told it still wasn’t ready, but if we wanted to we could find another resort to stay at, but since it was very busy there, “good luck.” We called around and finally found another resort and cancelled this one. Terrible experience on our honeymoon, would never recommend them. They finally called us around 10:30-11:00 to say the room was ready even after I went in in person and cancelled, and requested a refund, which took several days to get back.

Beautiful vacation Rental

This was a really nice place to stay. First part of May can be tricky for weather. It was a little windy but the balcony view of the ocean was more than worth it. We were able to walk to many places for food and entertainment. This was a second year and are already planning to return next year if not again later this year!! Property is very clean and alot of pools to choose from or the beach if you so choose.

Amazing Views but zero water pressure

This penthouse suite has amazing views from the 19th floor but we were disappointed in the lack of water pressure in the shower and the water was barely lukewarm. The bed was very comfortable but we had trouble sleeping because the walls are poorly insulated and our neighbors were yelling and laughing until 2:00am. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash because the ones supplied are only enough for one person for one day. At first site, the room appeared to be clean but we found a long black hair on the bath towels and toenail clippings in the rug by the couch.
