Great location/view and access to the beach! Property was clean and the facilities were nice - great pool area! It's a very small unit and the balconies are nice but very small. Overall, very good and we'd stay there again!

Great place! This studio apartment has everything you need. The views from both balconies are wonderful, the added plus is later in the day you will have shade on other side. Appliances are high end.

"Fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had great A/C. The resort is packed with amenities and has a great on-site restaurant, but we also loved getting out to explore Myrtle Beach—especially our sunset boat tour. Still, my favorite part of the trip was simply relaxing on the two balconies. Highly recommend this spot for a perfect beach getaway!"

The room was just right for 2 people. It was nice having the 2 balconies even if they were small. Both looked out over the ocean and pool. The balcony to the left did face more into the building so you were able to see everyone else's balcony. It was close enough to the boardwalk and the amenities of the building were in good shape. Would book this spot again.

The room is perfect, clean, and offers exactly the gorgeous views advertised. The building has a ton of amenities including pool, lazy river, hot tubs, has it all. Parking is easy, and the location is perfect. Host is a great communicator and easy to work with.

The condo was perfect for our annual weekend getaway! The listing is exactly as presented on the site! Breakfast in the restaurant was homemade, Starbucks on site as well as an outdoor bar and grill…you’d never have to leave the property!!!Jay was a fabulous host, quick to respond and even provides renters his personal contact information! We will definitely book this room again next trip!

Perfect get away!

This condo was perfect for a short getaway for my boyfriend and I! It was in a great location, very clean, and great host. Perfect views right from the bed, and just steps away from the beach, I’ll definitely be booking here again!

My wife and I,along with our 4 legged family member stayed in James's condo at the Patricia Grand in Myrtle Beach, SC for 5 nights. We were well pleased with the size, amenities and location of his particular condo, with a well equipped kitchenette, living area, as well as two balconies to relax on while watching the ocean and feeling the cool breeze. James gave us contact names and phone numbers should we have questions or concerns during our stay. I would recommend his condo for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Had absolutely awesome time staying here especially on the coast of Myrtle Beach. The view from room was nice to wake up to. Property and Room we well maintained. Host was very easy to talk to if questions were needed to be answered. Would definitely book this again in the future.
