Newly Renovated Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 square feet condo! Can sleep up to 8! Vaulted Ceilings, Updated Kitchen! LOCATION is ideal as its close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park and 6 min walk from access to the beautiful white sandy beaches! The pool is directly behind the Condo and has close to 200 square feet of outdoor deck space!

It's proximity to area attractions, including golf courses, Marine Park, Water Park and minutes away from Pier Park with over 124 stores, many dining and entertainment options from dueling pianos at Rum Runners Tropical Grill
to live music at Tootsies and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.

The space
Beautifully Updated furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath on 2nd floor Condo with vaulted ceilings. Brand new furnishings and fixtures throughout. Flat screen 70"TV in the living room as well as secure wireless internet are in the unit and ready for your enjoyment. Our fully functional updated kitchen with white quartz countertops is ready for you with everything you need to make this your home away from home. There is a king size bed and 43" TV in the master bedroom, master bedroom also includes balcony overlooking community pool, perfect for a nice nightcap while enjoying Panama City Beach's weather. There is a beautiful full size bathroom on the main floor. There are 2 full sized beds that are located upstairs with a 43" flat screen TV and a separate full bathroom. We have a brand new queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room making this a perfect condo for a family or group of up to 8. The condo has almost 200 square feet of outdoor deck space for your friends or family.

The condo has great indoor and outdoor living options for you to enjoy! We have a beach cart and 4 beach chairs along with a couple of beach towels and some fun beach toys for the family. The area is quiet and shares the pool with only 16 total condo units making it a perfect spot to relax.

Very good! Walk to the beach is not bad. Walking distance to sandbar restaurant and gas station for ice. Pool was clean and only steps away. Everything on the inside seemed new and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Our family of 4 had a great week at Sol Seeker. The place was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It was blessedly as advertised! Quick walk to the beach, quiet, nice pool, uninterrupted internet, close to Pier Park, and anything else you would need.

We had an amazing week at this home. It was perfect for our family! * Perfect Location: Just steps from the beach and practically next to Pier Park. The convenience of having the best shops and restaurants so close was amazing! * Impeccable Cleanliness: The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. A 10/10! * Super Comfortable: Comfy beds, plenty of space, and a well-equipped kitchen.One of our best family vacations, thanks in large part to the excellent location. We highly recommend it and would come back without hesitation!
