You will have Waves of Happiness when you let this townhome be your beach home away from home! This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome is located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach! This unit is only a 2 minute walk to the beach! With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! Primary bedroom has king bed, with attached full bathroom w/shower. 2nd bedroom has twin bunks plus a queen bed. 2nd full bathroom is also upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper, and half bath all downstairs.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach. There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beachside pool and beach access.
Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own. We do have equipment for the amenities and beach chairs for your use.

We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
