Additional rules
- All trash must be removed from the unit at departure
- AC should not exceed 20 degrees below the temperature outside (i.e., if it is 90 outside the ac should not be set below 70). This will cause the Unit to freeze and you will be without AC until a mechanic or myself can come out and fix the issue.
- Early arrival/ late departure:
-All early and late departures must be approved prior to booking
confirmation. All early arrival and late departures are based on
availability and subject to a $75 fees.
- All campground amenities are considered extra. No refunds will be issued due to the campground amenity closures.
- Daily housekeeping services are not available.

- DAMAGES:
- Any issues such as: cleaning, damages made prior to check-in, bugs,
etc. should be addressed with the host within the first 24 hours.
- Damages to property or furniture and utensils, as well as bedding,
table and bath clothe stains will be charged to the guest through the
Airbnb platform.
- Guest are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay
that are found to be due to user error or user neglect.

- OBJECTS LEFT THE HOUSE will be stored in our office for 30 days. It can be sent via mail for an extra fee.

PENALTIES: The following items are not allowed and have a penalty of:
- US$ 1,000.00 – parties
- US$300.00 – pets
- US$500 - smoking inside the unity
