Imagine yourself staying at our upscale WATERFRONT home enjoying 211 acres of beautiful peacefulness and serenity. Walk or snow shoe our newly cut trails! Tie up your boat or jet ski to our private dock. Cook on the grill and have cocktails around the fire pit. Inside relax in the jetted jacuzzi while the kids play in the game room. Plenty of room for 8 guests. And even though you're away from it all, you're still connected with our high speed internet! NH Rental Lisc #101183. Outdoor surveillance cameras, and one indoor camera (located in the kitchen/pointing outside to the deck- no audio recording).

Lake front estate
Wonderful property on lake. Everything was as advertised. Georges was easy host to respond. A nice gift basket was waiting for us. We came up for eclipse and are lucky it was so beautiful the day of eclipse. There was snowstorm the day before we arrived but the host had cleared the long driveway. We would definitely come again and hope to use the lake more when it’s warmer.

Privacy, serenity, and a spacious vacation spot with lake views
We wanted to find a private house on a lake with great indoor and outdoor space centrally located in the Franconia/Mt. Wahington area. We came across a fantastic option. We worked with Linda, who manages the listing, and her responsiveness to questions, information she provided, and overall service before, during, and after the rental was exceptional. The property is private and secure, although a short trip into the town of Littleton. You arrive at a secure gate, enter the code and drive down a short dirt road to a spectacular house about twenty yards from Burns Pond. We spent a few minutes walking around in awe of the beautiful setting and already imagining the week ahead. You enter the house using a keypad (no keys to lose) and walk into the entry room, which is a great place to store shoes and coats. You then walk into a great open space with a large professionally equipped kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room with a view of the lake. In addition, there is an office on this floor with a view of the lake where I managed to get some work done on the high-speed internet service between activities. The main bedroom is located off the first floor and is spacious and relaxing, with plenty of closet space and a bureau to stow your clothes. The bathroom has a great soaker tub, a separate shower, and two sinks. My two adult kids had their bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and a view of the lake from the balcony. We didn’t use the additional bunkroom downstairs, but it would be great if you had a large group. In addition to the bunkroom, there is another lounge area and a large game room with air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. The outdoor activities included kayaking and canoeing, walking the property, and swimming in the lake. Overall a great spot.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view
You would be looking a long time before you found such a nice home for your vacation. it's clean, modernized, spacious and just plain beautiful. The views are incredible. It is situated on the waterfront of Burns Pond. The ad says it is on Burns Lake but it's actually a pond and very shallow. For boaters, this means no medium to large boats (which was an issue for us). They have kayaks and canoes for your use which we took advantage of and a dock that my grandson loved to fish off. There is a small sandy area where you can walk into the water and we spent many days floating there. The only drawback was that the sand is very coarse and rocky and the pond is quite murky. Just wear your water shoes or flip flops!. There are several towns that are close by so while the house is secluded, you only need drive a short while to find groceries or anything else. The owner was very attentive and answered all questions asap. A great plus for a vacation spot-the beds were VERY comfortable.

Beautiful lake house
We had a wonderful weekend getaway with friends. House was roomy and well accommodated. Property management was extremely helpful and detailed. The lake and grounds were lovely.
