"The View in Prescott" offers a sweeping view of the entire Prescott area. Relax on the back patio and take in the view and fresh mountain air, or retire to the front patio and enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fire pit. The custom home offers ample couch seating, a large dining room table and a kitchen with a professional 6-burner gas range, a walk-in pantry, a desk area and bar seating. Also enjoy a coffee/tea service that includes a Krups machine, drip coffee pot, French press pot, tea kettle and complimentary coffee and creamers. The home has three bedrooms, all with spectacular views and TVs. The master bedroom offers separate dual vanity, closets and toilet spaces, as well as a luxurious steam shower and soaking tub. The split floor plan offers privacy for the well-appointed guest rooms, which are situated on either side of a guest bath. Visitors will also have access to a full-size washer and dryer and laundry supplies. Located only 7 minutes from the courthouse square and Whiskey Row.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed during college events for our son. The property is clean, modern and has fantastic views, I especially enjoy seeing the lights of the city at night. Jill is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay again.

The home has a beautiful view. Parking in driveway was a bit difficult and the cleaning person needs to look under the couch and cabinets but overall it was very clean and worked well for us. It had everything we needed and it was a pleasant stay

The house was great. Perfect location for us great size for a family gathering. We stayed because our so. Was graduating from Embry Riddle and we wanted the whole family to be able to stay together. Plenty of room, enough bathrooms and bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. Extra bonus was the outdoor space for hanging out and talking. Would definitely stay there again if the need for a large space comes up.

Spacious, warm and clean!

This was a great place for my family to stay while we were visiting Prescott. It has a great view but is only minutes from downtown. Check in was smooth and the information book has everything you need to know for an enjoyable visit.

Perfect place

This place was perfect for our stay. Our family of 5 came to Prescott for a wedding and could not have been happier with this house. The living area was open, spacious, and had a great view. The master bedroom was cozy and the master bath was huge, providing plenty of room to comfortably get ready at the same time. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This beautiful home definitely has a gorgeous view! It was well appointed and provided plenty of space inside and out. Kitchen and laundry appliances were top notch. It is also conveniently located near every place you would want or need to go. Overall we had a great stay, and Jill and Rich were great hosts!

Quiet in-town retreat, beautiful views

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prescott. The location is convenient to Phoenix, so friends stopped in to celebrate our anniversary with us. Great in-city walks nearby, and many easy desert and mountain hikes are just minutes away. Whenever we find ourselves back in Prescott we will definitely consider "The View" as our Prescott base!
