House was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, very comfortable beds in each room, and perfect layout for our family. We saw lots of unique birds and 2 deer right off the back porches.

The house was great. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was packed, TV’s were smart and worked great, WiFi was exceptional. Sharon, the host, checked in on us but we really did not need anything. Rentals can be touch and go but this one offered no negative surprises.

This was the perfect house for women to stay during a women's retreat. We couldn't do the bunk beds in the camp so we chose to stay at the Thumb Butte retreat. We were not disappointed! Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room to think and reflect!

This is just a beautiful property and the owners are so easy to work with. This is our 3rd time staying here as we come to the Legacy Horse Sale every year in Sept. It's always clean and they have high standards. The layout of this property is great with the master and kitchen on the main level and two additional 2 bedrooms with a bathroom/patio and living room downstairs as well. Views all over the place! Highly recommend.

July 4th trip

The house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. The host was responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours early. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including amenities in both the kitchen and bathrooms.Please note, the driveway is quite steep; however, the garage is large and offers ample space for parking.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for one week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home is in a beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, and the views are spectacular. It's a close drive to shops and restaurants yet we felt like we were a million miles away! A great place to relax and enjoy the beauty all around. A huge thank you to Sharon (property manager) for keeping this home in tip-top shape and for the great communication throughout our stay. We'll definitely visit again!

Once again, our stay at Thumb Butte Retreat was spectacular! We are so grateful to have found this home away from home. This was our second time staying here, and we were not disappointed.The breathtaking views continue to provide a serene and picturesque backdrop, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation and tranquility. During this visit, we were treated to the magical sight of falling snow, which added an extra layer of charm to the experience. The house remains impeccably maintained, with its spacious, inviting layout easily accommodating our family once again. Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Prescott, it offers just the right balance of seclusion and proximity to our son at ERAU and local attractions.The attention to detail in the house continues to impress. From the well-stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials to the cozy living space complete with a fireplace. It’s evident that the owner and property manager have a passion for hospitality. Thoughtful touches throughout the home create a truly welcoming atmosphere.Sharon, the property manager, remains an absolute gem. Family Arizona Adventure

Our stay at The Retreat at Thumb Butte was fabulous. The location of the house, the communication with Sharon, the cleanliness and comfort for all of us was top notch. We came to Arizona for a family vacation since our grown children and their spouses do not live close to us. We wanted a gathering place where we could prepare our own meals and relax together talk, and connect with one another.The Retreat at Thumb Butte was exactly what we were looking for.

Relaxation at it's finest! In the coziest home ever.

Immediately after entering home you feel like you're home! Its meticulously and detailed with with it's wam inviting decoration. They have left no stone unturned with home offerings in every room that guests may need. It was the quickest weekend I've had and wish we could've have stayed a week! We will be back!!

Absolutely Spectacular Retreat at Thumb Butte!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The views from the home are absolutely breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop that was perfect for our relaxing trip. The house itself is gorgeous and immaculately maintained, with a spacious layout that easily accommodated our group. Nestled in a charming neighborhood in the mountains of Prescott, the location was exactly what we were looking for. It provided the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains while still being close to our son at ERAU, and the local attractions. The house was equipped with everything one could possibly need. From a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and thoughtful touches throughout, it was clear that the owner and property manager have put a lot of care into ensuring their guests have a wonderful stay. Additionally, Sharon, the property manager was fantastic. Responsive and helpful, she made sure that all our questions were answered promptly and our needs were met without a hitch. Overall, this mountain home exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely stay here again!
