Experience comfort and relaxation in this newly updated home nestled in a tranquil, north-end Sunriver neighborhood near Fort Rock Park with three separate outdoor spaces, great for outdoor wildlife viewing, stargazing, and grilling. The home's two separate living areas, located on different floors, provide privacy and plenty of room for your loved ones to unwind and make memories together.

This stunning reverse living home boasts new luxury vinyl flooring and a spacious first-floor area with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable Queen pull-out leather sofa bed with foam mattress, and access to a wrap-around deck with a hot tub. Entertainment options include Nintendo Wii, board games, and books. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen bedroom with a new mattress and Tempur-Pedic topper and a bedroom with a Twin over Full pyramid bunk and trundle bed. Both bedrooms share an updated full bathroom.

Upstairs, this charming home features a delightful primary suite off the great room, complete with a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, and updated bathroom. Skylights fill the great room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy mealtime in the kitchen and dining area.

The upper back deck with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ for grilling is a great place to share a meal in the summer. The living room features a gas fireplace to stay cozy on those chilly winter nights, as well as a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Attached to the living room is a small deck on the front of the home.

When you're ready for some fun, enjoy the mini ping pong table in the garage or head off on one of the 4 adult bikes to explore Sunriver along its many bike paths. Fort Rock Park is less than a mile down the bike path!

Family Reunion? Book this home along with Witchhazel 5, Witchhazel 8 and Witchhazel 20 to have the whole gang close together.

Great House in a Great Location!

The house was exactly like the listing. The process of check-in was seamless. It was in a great location to the Sharc and had a lot of games, bikes, etc for the family!

Perfect House

The house was perfect for our family! Super clean and cozy! Great location. House has everything you need and awesome game area in garage. Will definitely stay here again. If you need anything they respond immediately.

Family reunion and wedding celebration

One of thee houses used for our gathering. It was perfect having them all on Witch Hazel. Cozy yet perfect for a brunch for 20 people. Loved having so many outside porch spaces and private places to read as well. There was access to pickle ball courts, walking and biking paths, snd space for soccer practice. It was a lovely weekend spot for us. Thank you.

Charming house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is cozy and charming, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group of three friends. The only improvement that I would suggest is regarding the cleanliness of the mugs and dishes in the cupboard. Several were visibly dirty, but we quickly washed them before using. Thank you!

Great Layout

Great house with upstairs and downstairs living areas. It gets pretty hot upstairs where the master bedroom is, so be prepared. We struggled with the size of the bed in the master because with two people, you’ll roll to the middle of the bed. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch because of that. The bikes were in great shape and we had lots of fun using the games in the garage.

This property worked great for our small group. Location close to Cottonwood/Circle10 and just off Beaver Dr to Village was easy to navigate. Place was clean, well furnished, with a well equipped kitchen.

Pleasantly surprised

We stayed for a four day weekend. We arrived, at first was a little thrown off by layout, the kids space downstairs and going upstairs for the main living and kitchen, plus master bedroom. After being there for a few hours was really liking kids having their space and is having our own space. This home was nicely decorated with simple decor that you can tell has been kept clean. I am not a fan of decor with layers of dusk. Sometimes you go to these rentals and they are “lived in hard”, this one wasn’t. Nicely updated, with all the amenities I felt I needed. We had a thing with the hot tub and couldn’t get the Jets going, they stopped by that day and fixed it so wasn’t a hassle at all and got to use it daily. Very responsive rental company. Communication via text was simple and didn’t interfere with our relaxing time. I was so used to stripping beds and starting loads that I had already stripped beds upon prepping going home when they notified us that “we will take care of that” I guess if I was going to state anything I would have liked a larger casserole dish to bake in, and was surprised no salt and pepper was stocked. We stocked it up on our departure. My husband and I both said “We would come here again”. The cleanliness was a 9/10 and my standards are high. I usually rarely go above 7/10. So great job! Thanks for lending us your home.

Cozy and Clean

Loved our stay in Sunriver! The property was perfect! Very comfortable and clean! They had everything we could of needed and enjoyed using the bike cruisers. The only complaint I have is the temperature control. The upstairs( main living area) was very hot while the downstairs was freezing. Due to COVID the SHARC was closed and we couldn’t use that amenity, wish they advised us as we were looking forward to using it. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely book a stay again in the future!

Wonderful Sun River Retreat

We had a wonderful stay here! We especially loved the balcony in front for coffee and the spacious sunny back deck for lunch and dinner. The kids enjoyed the ping pong/foosball table. It was clean, well-equipped, hot tub was great, and all beds (even the pull-out) were comfy. We had everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. It's a little bit far from the restaurants, but we enjoyed the quiet and the bike rides there.

A Week in Sunriver

We have been staying in Sunriver for many years but this is the first time in this house. Everyone liked the 2 levels. Our daughter and her husband and their daughters stayed on the bottom floor. The air conditioning was very cool there and they loved it. We stayed on the top floor and had to keep the window open for the cool air at night. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and attractive. We were able to eat on the deck every night. We liked the location- close to the village and sharc. Our only complaint was that the keurig was broken. I texted the number on our information about the house but no one responded. Our son in law improvised and made it work. Overall it was a lovely home with everything we needed. We recommend the house as long as you don’t mind stairs.
