Enter the foyer and be welcomed into the front parlor and charming dining room with a built in cabinet and crystal chandelier.
The Great Room has wood cathedral ceiling, large windows, granite wet bar w ice maker, FP and 2 seating areas. Even a puzzle table!
A spacious screened porch overlooks the lush gardens and gazebo. Its a peaceful place to eat and converse with lots of comfy seating.
The kitchen has been updated and is conveniently located next to the great room and screened porch. It is well equipped with all your cooking needs and the basic condiments.A gas grill is right outside on one of the decks. Room for everyone to dine-inside and out. Kitchen table seats 10, DR seats 8, screened porch has two tables that will seat 6. Long granite outdoor table is a great place to dine al fresco-its next to the pond so you can hear the waterfall as you relax. It is also next to the game room. The game room has an air hockey table, mini fridge, sofa and chairs, if you just want to get away for a bit.
Badminton, croquet anyone? Plenty of room for lawn games in the side yard of this corner property--or just swing on the double lawn glider and watch the day go by.
Brick pathways lead through the beautifully landscaped rear gardens to the pond and gazebo. Beyond the gazebo is another large area for fun and games.
Coming back from the beach, there is a new outdoor shower, and storage for the chairs and beach toys.
The first floor bedroom (queen bed) has an office with large desk and sitting area plus an outside entrance to the side porch.
4 bedrooms on the second floor (one accessed by back stairs!) Master bedroom has unique iron sleigh bed and a 5 piece bathroom. 2 other bedrooms ( one w queen bed, the other 2 twin beds) and a bright clean bathroom. The maids room offers another queen sized bed.
The 3rd floor has two rooms- The Dinosaur room has 5 beds (2 sets bunk beds + twin bed) and the Unicorn has 2 twin beds.
There is plenty of off street parking, too. The driveway fits 6+ cars

You can walk to shops, a brewery, coffee shop and a variety of restaurants. Grocery store and necessities are less than 1/2 mile away with a wide sidewalk.
Centrally located to all the area attractions including Stone Harbor Beach and shops( 8 mins), the gorgeous sunsets at the Cape May Wildlife Refuge on the bay (8 mins), renowned (free!) Cape May County Zoo (5 mins) and just 2 blocks to the Middle/Lower Bike Trail (10 mile ride to Cape May).
There is so much to see and do in South Jersey - wineries, wildlife preserves, fishing, water-sports, beautiful sunsets at the bay, historic Cape May, Wildwood boardwalk, dolphin/whale watching and of course the great beaches!! And they are all within 15 minutes or less!!
We moved into our home in 2020 and now we are ready to share our love with other families who can enjoy it as much as we do!!
We have been hosting our 2 properties in Vermont since 2015. They both have excellent reviews- we know how to make a guest happy and comfortable.

Our summer weekly rentals are Friday to Friday. 93% of rentals are Saturday to Saturday meaning cleaning crews are rushed and by getting in on Friday you miss the Saturday traffic. Plus you get a full weekend at the shore and a full weekend when vacation is done!
