The design of this vacation rental allows for natural light throughout and offers essentials like a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, wrap-around lanai a private yard with a beautiful green lawn and seating area. Take a quick trip to town - only 1 mile away - you will find local artists, farmers markets, restaurants and more. The spirit of Aloha awaits!

The house is well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The view is tremendous and the location is very accessible to other sites in the Kona area. We have stayed at this house on 5 occasions and plan to return. The host, Peter, responds to questions quickly and is also very helpful. The check in and check out process is smooth, timely and easy. A wonderful vacation site.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and are already talking about coming back. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach, or to cook a meal in the huge kitchen. The views are unmatched and the jacuzzi on the deck was great in the evenings. Walkable to a couple local food spots, and small beach just over the wall. I0 out of 10, would recommend.

Beautiful location right on the water! The deck is where we spent most of our time. From morning coffee, to catching afternoon rays, and the most epic sunset views. The house is pretty dated, but has all the amenities you need. The A/C worked well but will turn off if you’re away from the house for any length of time. Overall it was a good value and we had an awesome time!

This is my favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in! The view and location are fantastic. The beds are super comfortable. The AC worked really well. It is super well stocked with towels and beach gear. Loved everything about it.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the beach house was a little dated but nicely appointed. The outside could use some minor maintenance but the ocean views from the back deck were amazing. The location was convenient to Kona and other Big Island attractions / activities. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Hawaii.

Check in was seamless and host was very attentive to my questions. I was allowed a late checkout which greatly benefited us because our plane didn’t depart until 7:40. The home has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation. The view is incredible and the sounds of the ocean lull you into peacefulness. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The view is great, location is convenient to anything in the Kona area and the privacy of a single home is welcome! Yes it's a bit pricier than a condo next door but the extra cost was well worth it for us!
