Kona Bay Hale se compose d'une maison 2BR / 2 BA avec lits superposés supplémentaires situés dans une alcôve séparée. Les deux chambres King & Queen ont des unités A / C. Une reine canapé-lit dans le salon permet de couchage pour jusqu'à 8 personnes. Une cuisine gastronomique ouverte et aérée avec table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 offre une vue sur l'océan grevés regardant à travers le salon pour ouvrir véranda.
Nouvelles TV dans toutes les chambres, y compris une grande télévision HD dans le salon.
Master suite a un lit king avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec salle de bains attenante. La véranda a 2 canapés en forme de L avec des tables basses permettant beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre.
Une pelouse entre la maison et l'océan est un endroit idéal pour les bains de soleil.

Perfect Home Base for the Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five fit perfectly in Kona Bay Hale. We were on the go most of the time, but time at the house was ideal. Very nice kitchen and living room area for family to be together, looking over the Bay. Bathrooms were spacious enough for our family to all get ready in the morning/night. Fans and room A/C units kept us cool at night after we turned them on upon arriving back at house. The bay facing outside space was great in the morning and at night to unwind. Highly recommend this house.

The kitchen was also recently remodeled and had everything we needed.We found out at the end of our stay we had access to the garage where there was a second fridge, laundry, beach supplies, etc. So be sure to check that out!Would stay here again.

Very comfortable and beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kids named the chicken that hangs around Hey-Hey. Tons of birds in the courtyard in morning hours. It’s well stocked and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

This house had a beautiful view of the ocean and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the house. Being close to town but a short distance away was perfect!

Incredible stay!

This might have been the most comfortable rental we’ve stayed in as a family - the owners thought of everything and if anything the pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to that view each morning was all the vacation I needed but we had a spectacular time on the Big Island. Exceptional property!

Great location!

We loved staying at this property. Although we did not walk to town, it was certainly doable. The best part was enjoying the ocean right from the back deck! The home was also very well equipped.

House layout is great. We enjoyed the location and the lanai over looking the ocean. House was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers to take to the beach.

Beautiful house in Kona

This house was beautifully furnished and we lacked nothing. We especially loved sitting in the lanai watching the waves roll in and listening to the waves all night. The furniture in the lanai, however, looked old and soiled, and wasn't very comfortable. This was a good location.

Beautiful home with a wonderful ocean view!

This is the perfect place to relax and unwind! This property is close to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store if you would rather cook instead of going out to dinner. We witnessed beautiful sunsets and saw whales daily from the outdoor sitting area. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to visiting again.

Best location

This house was located right on the water just South of Kailua-Kona. It is a great base location for exploring the island IF you can peel yourself out of the chairs on the lanai overlooking the water. The house is well stocked with items to use in the kitchen, as well as things to use at the beach like towels, chairs, umbrellas, and snorkels. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Wish we had never left.

It’s rare when a rental lives up to expectations but this one was stellar and we wish we had had never left. Four adults comfortably stayed here for a little less than a week and I could see how a couple of kids could easily stay in the bunk beds. The rental was very stocked with dishes, towels, linens and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer! We spent most evenings watching the sunset and mornings watching the fish and surfers out front. We can’t wait to return!

Property was wonderful!

We loved staying here! It was so clean and comfortable! Beautiful views, close to everything. I loved that I could hear the waves all night! Put me right to sleep! Wonderful property! Binder with instructions/passwords etc seemed to be miss placed somewhere... Never could find it. Check in said there was one. Only telling you so the next people will have it! Thanks!
