Sunset Condominiums have one of the most sought after locations in the mid-south end of Ft Myers Beach, Estero Island. Just across the boulevard is one of the island favorite steak and seafood restaurants: Charlie's Boat House grill. The beach movie theater is also a short stroll across Estero Blvd. Nearby Santini Plaza is walking distance with multiple restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining, boutique shops, marina and even a weekly farmers market.

Perfect for a family or travelling friends, this lovely condo can accommodate 6 persons quite comfortably

BEDROOM 1: Sunset condo #1000 features a fresh and beachy Grand "slumber space" overlooking the Gulf with a super comfy King bed with new mattress . You will find spacious custom closets and drawer chests for your gear in this Suite. Power blinds on the window for ease of use.

BATHROOM 1: The Primary bath features a remote controlled bidet, granite counters, dual vanities, a glass & tile walk in shower.

BEDROOM 2: Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed with new mattress for up to 2 occupants. wall mounted TV and armoir for gear storage.

BATHROOM 2: The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower, single vanity with granite counters.

The lovely & bright kitchen is fully equipped with an all stainless appliance package, beautiful granite counters and tile floors. All cookware, utensils, plates and glassware to create a feast. The kitchen has push activated cabinets and drawers. Laundry center can be found behind custom elevating closet doors in the kitchen area. Coffee maker and toaster are standard equipment.

Open living-dining space with unique glass table that converts from a 4 top to a 6 top with ease. Living room has large sofa that will open into 2 side by side extra long singles.
Sofa is complemented by 2 LaZyboy recliners. Wall mounted TV and ambient, remote controlled "fire-like" fireplace place. Slider doors off the living room lead to screened balcony with table and chairs for enjoying breakfast, an afternoon happy hour or simply taking in a beautiful sunset and outstanding shoreline views.

The complex has gas grills for its guests to BBQ their own feasts.
Pets & Smoking are strictly prohibited.

Need something to do, try a fun game of shuffleboard onsite or rent a couple of bikes locally and explore all that the island offers.

The island trolley is inexpensive, so hop on and enjoy yourself.

Bike or walk to the nearby Ft Myers Beach Pier, Lynn Hall park, Times Square boutique shops, food & entertainment district and so much more.

Rent one of the many island charter boats, SUP, or kayaks. Take an airy Parasail ride or sign up for a guided dolphin tour by boat or waverunner.

If gaming is your interest, watch the lean and speedy Greyhounds race in Bonita Springs. The facility offers one of southwest Florida's most popular poker rooms with cash games and daily tournaments. Looking for the sounds of a casino, its an easy ride out to the Seminole Casino for Slots of Fun and games.

I've booked some VRBO's before and the pictures were much better than the actual place….NOT this one! This condo was exactly what you see online, nicely equipped, clean and oh boy the views….AMAZING! The beach was so big that you didn't have to be crammed with anyone! Helen was amazing, she responded instantly to my texts about where to eat, what to do and even gave me good tips like: Come in on the south side of the island, stop at Publix before getting on the island, because the North side of Island is more crowded. Spot on with ALL her suggestions! Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to get back there soon!

One word... Paradise

My mom, sister and our kids came for some peace after My father's funeral. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left that's what we felt. The pool was always heated to perfection. The view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was very modern but cozy. We opened the sliding wall everyday and left it open. Wherever you sat in the condo you could here the ocean. At night there was a 3d curved TV with a sound bar to watch movies on. Couldn't have found a better place to heal.

I want to live here!

We had a fabulous two week work from home/vacation at this property! Helen was great to work with and gave us tons of information about restaurants and boat rentals. The location on the beach was perfect. The best part was the ocean views from 3 sides of this apartment as well as the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing.

Awesome piece of paradise!

Just finished a two week stay. We were looking for something close to our usual Aruba experience. This far exceeded it! First, the beach is immense, soft and brilliant white and being on the 10th floor gave us a stunning view of the entire 7+ miles. Second, this island has a near zero crime rate, and it shows. People are pleasant, courteous and there is zero solicitation on the beach. Third, the beach is groomed nightly, with zero trash. Unlike Aruba, the beach changes day to day, giving us a new stunning sunset every night! This property is located in the area where there is an immense beachfront, not sure of the distance, but at least 300 feet. Cabanas are nearby for a reasonable rent, beach sport equipment available to rent, Finally, the condo is well maintained, and appointed with more than what you need. The screened in lanai provides an unobstructed eagle's view of the beach. Will definitely stay here again!!!
