Superbe maison dotée d'un magnifique jardin. Séjour et cuisine ouverts. Nouvelle cheminée, table et coins salon. Salle à manger formelle et salle avec table de billard. Les quatre chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs (comptes de streaming personnels requis), mais c'est dans le jardin que se déroule toute l'animation. Bar extérieur avec évier, coin repas, barbecue à gaz, foyer extérieur et aire de jeu pour le chipping et le cornhole. De nombreux espaces sont prévus pour se détendre autour de la piscine chauffée. Great time with the family! Pool and backyard was a hit! Rooms are separate from rest of the house, which gives everyone a break if needed! Close to everything: restaurants, groceries, and short drive to downtown!

Great house in an excellent location. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a local park, restaurants, shopping. House is spacious, backyard has a heated pool, lots of outdoor play equipment and dining options. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay perfect location

The house made you feel like you were right at home. It has everything you need and was beautiful! HEATED pool was the best. A great perk was the pizza oven! Comfortable bed definitely a major plus. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home. Very clean with all basic essentials which is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare and make meals. There are labels on The cabinets and drawers to find everything easy. The place is very organized and I really appreciate that! The grill outside is an added convenience. All the bedrooms are spacious and all have TV's. Time spent in the backyard and pool is the definition of vacation!! Very beautiful with lots of chairs, tables and pool toys for kids. The owner was great to communicate with, he responds quickly. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on cool places to visit. Thanks for a great time! Definitely recommended this home.

Great Family Getaway

This property is just what we were looking for to celebrate the holidays. It was in a great location, close to tons of attractions. There was so much to do at the house, we spent the majority of our time at our home away from home, making the best memories. Cory was great to work with and was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place for a get away with the boys!

We played an AZ adult baseball tournament. We were well located and all had comfortable beds. The arrangements were clean and provided enough to make sure we could relax while we were resting between games. Would recommend to all

Paradise Valley Village

Excellent location with quick access to golf, area restaurants, and shopping. Property exactly as described in listing and photos. Backyard amenities are wonderful for relaxing by the pool, grilling out, yard games, putting green and conversation. Highly recommend this rental and plan to stay again when returning to the area.

Great vacation property with pool

This was a lovely property in a convenient, safe feeling, well kept cul-de-sac. We loved the heated pool. The interior paint could use a freshening up, but I suppose that’s going to happen with a rental property. We didn’t have any issues with the home and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Very Clean

We had a great time at this home. The property was very clean and had easy instructions to get in. We traveled with our children and they loved the park a few blocks away. The pool was warm and they enjoyed swimming each day even when it was a little chillier out. There is so much to do in the backyard of the property. The location is prime. It is right next to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

A Short Break from Winter

We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 adult sons. The house was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The property is exactly as described and very clean. The location is ideal for accessing the many things to do in the vicinity. Cory was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Fantastic home!

This gorgeous home was perfect for our family of 6 visiting from Illinois...ahhhh, the bird sounds, sun, and palm trees so lovely. The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was awesome and so close to everything: hiking, shopping, activities (PJ's UTV rental was fantastic), and restaurants. We ate too much In-N-Out and Dutch Bros though. :) We would book this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to the hosts!

Thank you for the amazing review! I don’t know if you have Dutch brothers in Illinois but we do not have them in Iowa and I am begging for them to come. I love it. And with the In-N-Out Burger , Whataburger and the Cheeseburgers and Cold Beer restaurant so close, we do love the restaurant area. Your communication was awesome. And we really love the fact that you updated us on what was going on at the house. I love that you had a great time and we would love to have you back anytime!
