This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Everything was awesome. Only complaint was cell phone service was very weak. Also should let people know to bring their own beach towels.

Perfect location!

The location couldn't have been better... I wanted something with a beach view and easy access to the beach and this had both. The condo itself was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Can't wait to stay here again!

The location is incredible. A bit further down the beach from "downtown" Port A and quite a bit calmer. Immediate access to the beach. Having a front desk is amazing as she was able to answer any questions that arose.

We loved our stay in this condo. The views were beautiful and we loved being just steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. We are already planning our next visit. I would highly recommend Casa Condos.

Great condo with sea view

The condo has a lot of space for everybody and has all the equipments needed. We really enjoyed the sera view and the access to the beach even if we stay during windy days.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely location with great views of the ocean. Condo has been recently redecorated and is beautiful. Plenty of space for two adults and two teens. Main bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the unit and it was very humid inside the entire condo (even with A/C running constantly). Maybe it's due to proximity to the beach?

This was the first time that a property was actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The unit is very spacious and suited out party of five very well. It has been updated and is quite lovely.

Great condo, great location

Loved Port Aransas! The interior of the condo was as pictured…very nice. The building it is in is a bit older, but kept nicely. The only thing that was surprising was that this beach property did not provide beach chairs or beach towels. We flew in and included a beach stay for just two days of a bigger trip and had to go out and purchase these items, which was inconvenient and expensive.

Last Beach Getaway for 2024

The nicest place we’ve stayed near the beach and the nicest staff! We enjoyed the condo and the thoughtful interior design. The location and view felt like we had our own private beach. The main bedroom does get hot, but found drawing the drapes during the day and leaving the bedroom door open helps cool it down for the evening. We look forward to staying here again. Lovely home.

Great location with Easy Access to Beach

We loved our stay. Brought our 3 grandkids, so the 2 BR where 1 BR had 2 beds was perfect. The condo had recently been remodeled and was just like the pictures. Very clean, fresh, and roomy. Location was perfect; no streets to cross, so the kids could run over the beach whenever they wanted. Loved it!

Great place with perfect location. Unit was spacious for family of 5. Only complaint was the master bedroom doesn’t get nearly as cold as the rest of the unit. It was a little humid and probably 5-10 degrees hotter in there.

Condo was very nice had everything you needed. The view was beautiful and was right on the beach. Only downside was the master bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo and I had to turn the air conditioner down to make it comfortable.

Awesome location

This condo was very clean and the renovations and decor were very modern and nice. The patio was awesome to sit on in the mornings and evenings and watch the ocean. The view from the condo is great and part of why we booked here. The walk to the beach is over a little path from the building and then you are there. Maybe 2-3 min walk total. The only thing that could have made this better would have been the condo managers leaving basic necessities like paper towels, a trash bag, salt and pepper.

The owners refused to allow the tenant control of air conditioning. The room was hot and the air conditioning system was locked down. Management could not unlock the air to change it.

Amazing!

The condo was very roomy. The balcony was big and private. I liked having a front desk worker available at most times. The view was the best. It was just like the pictures show. The condo was immaculate. I only gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons: one area in the bedroom was missed, but i am confident the management woukd have taken care of it. The 2nd reason was the pool seemed to get a little more twigs and bugs each day. Again, we didnt mention it as we enjoyed sitting by the pool, buy it was too cold for us to swim.

Fantastic view and convenient beach access

Amazing view of the beach from master bedroom and living room. Comfortable beds and plenty of indoor towels (beach towels not included). Condo smelled of excessive air freshener to conceal previous smoking. Not cloying but still obvious. Missing screens on doors so couldn’t air out the space. Had to buy dishwashing tabs (only two provided and we stayed for 4 nights), salt and pepper. No coffee and an odd shortage of forks. Bathroom baseboard needed cleaning in master bathroom. But floors were otherwise free of sand and furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of drawers and hangers, could properly unpack. Beach access was a quick walk, out door showers were very convenient and staff was friendly and kind. Other guests were mostly very quiet. Parking was easy. Quick drive into Port A.

Perfect Beach Access + Amazing View

The pictures are exactly what you get when you stay here. The beach view is perfect, having two separate balconies was a major plus for us. Neighbors are extremely quiet. From the outside door of the condo complex to the beach is maybe 100 yards, extremely convenient. The condo itself is so well decorated and maintained, you feel like you're in a hotel. The only minor critique I have is if you're wanting to cook, you need to bring your own spices, and any "specialty" cookware (like a crockpot) you'll need to bring on your own, or purchase at the store on the way in, as well as dishwashing liquid to clean up with, and paper towels. But, if you're not cooking in the condo, no worries! Plates, utensils, cups are all there just minor stuff was missing. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. The week that we stayed there was very little beach traffic. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play without feeling like you're right on top of anyone. We had a beautiful week in Port A, and this place was fantastic. 5 stars all the way!
