Fantastic property, fantastic host!

The house, the view, the amenities
 everything is top notch. The owners have thought of everything. Rain or shine, it is an amazing place to stay. So close to the town of Greenport, you have the option to do so much, or nothing at all.

Off season chill spot

Delightful cottage right on the water. Wonderfully situated with views of Orient lighthouse and shelter Island. Can’t wait to come back. Excellent base for visiting wineries, checking out all the different beaches and also just a lovely place to stay if you want to be indoors reading, playing puzzles, etc..

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My family and I had a perfect 10 day vacation at this incredible Beach House. As you cook dinner, to having your meals or just watching TV you have an incredible view of the water. The house is full of sunshine. Andrew was fantastic in providing info in advance about the house and being available if we had a question. My 14 year old girl is already asking when can we go back. It truly was a place to recharge and just relax.

Peaceful and beautiful

This was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room, beautiful view and it's at the end of the street so not a lot of traffic. They have a great gas stove, so I got to make a large pot of chili and goulash for my family that live in NY to fill their freezers to have after I left. We collected shells on the beach and fed seagulls from the back yard with the grandbabies. We enjoyed our stay and the sunset tremendously. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home and hope to go back soon!

Beautiful stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful spot to vacation! The home is super clean and perfectly situated on the ocean for an amazing vacation. Our family, including kids, greatly enjoyed our stay. We ventured to many amazing beaches, took great hikes and simply enjoyed hanging out at this home and making enjoyable family meals. A great place to stay!
