This home is minutes from Mid-Town, Vanderbilt University, Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, downtown Broadway and 12th South shopping and entertainment district. The unique decor and modern-rustic feel make this home feel like a boutique hotel with continental breakfast, snacks and beverages provided. From the entry to the exit you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place to spend time with family celebrating our Mother's 80th birthday! The house was so beautiful and comfortable. Patricia was a great host, and made us feel comfortable and right at home. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We'd love to return again.

Great house!

House was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! Everyone had their own space, and the house was very clean and so well stocked. It was a fantastic place to stay and we would certainly stay there again.

Another wonderful stay

This property is clean and feels like home. I love the fact that coffee and supplies are provided. No need to go to the grocery, unless you plan to cook.

Beautiful home.

I have been to Nashville several times and this is by far the best home we have rented. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful. It was nice having the breakfast and snack food available so an immediate trip to the grocery store was unnecessary. Patricia was very responsive and helpful in suggesting places to eat and shop. I would stay here again.

Amazing house and location!

Amazing location and house! Very very clean house, every inch was spotless. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the host gave us treats that were unexpected! Outside area is amazing to spend time with friends with outdoor furniture and bags to play. Amazing place overall and will totally be going back

Well kept home and owner was amazing

Beautiful home in historic area. It is on a busy corner however not much noise carried inside. Location is right around corner from Music Row and a lot of fantastic food options. Home was well kept and plenty of amenities and snacks awaited us. Owner met us there to walkthrough and she was so helpful and kind. We would recommend this home to anyone.

Best vacation rental experience ever

Staying at the Nashvilla was one of, if not THE, best vacation rental experience I've ever had. The continental breakfasts, snacks, and stocked fridge are a gamechanger! Will absolutely try to stay here the next time we visit Nashville. Patricia offers early check-in and late check-out for a small fee, and it was so helpful. Great location--easy to Uber everywhere. Loved it.

Incredible House

This property was absolutely amazing. All the little touches that Patricia puts into this house was unbelievable. I have stayed at others VrBO’s but nothing is anything like this house. Our friends and I had an amazing time in Nashville and the house was one of the reasons. Next time we come we are definitely going to stay there again. Thank you for for an amazing g trip.

A perfect spot for a Belmont University performance

We spent the weekend in Nashville to watch a granddaughter's senior musical theatre show. The Nashvilla was a perfect location for our family. Our host was very helpful and the fully stocked refrigerator and pantry were appreciated - even the muffin delivery for breakfast was a treat. The house had everything we needed. We weren't able to enjoy the outside amenities due to the rain - but it would have added to our special experience.

Fabulous!

This property and property manager are absolutely the best. It was ALL great - comfortable beds and bedding, fun enjoyable outdoor spaces, the beauty of the home, the goodies and continental breakfast provided was unbelievable. The property manager Patricia responds timely and went out of her way to make our weekend fabulous. The private concert she planned for us was extraordinary. The location is great - we walked every morning. I just can't explain how remarkable our stay was -- don't hesitate to stay here!!

We loved every part of our stay at the Nashvilla!

Our group enjoyed every part of our stay at the Nashvilla! The house has been beautifully renovated and it had plenty of space, linens, and bathrooms for our group of eleven women. Patricia is a top notch host with amazing attention to detail. The kitchen was fully-stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning and plenty of snacks and treats. The house is in a great location and walkable to delicious restaurants (cafe makai and sadie's, among many others). We also worked with Patricia to organize a small private concert and highly recommend it! We were blown away by our one-of-a-kind Nashville experience. Thanks for a five-star stay!

Enchanting Nashvilla!

Our family of ten stayed at Nashvilla for our son’s college graduation in December 2024.The entire experience from initial questions to booking to check-in through our stay was absolutely top-notch.Patricia very generously stocked the kitchen with expansive breakfast items and snacks. The entire home was festively decorated for Christmas. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare several large, gourmet meals. The backyard and patio are well-designed and accommodating. We will absolutely return. The house seems great for families, bachelorette parties, couples, work teams, etc…Nashvilla is situated in a great location - close to bars, restaurants, Belmont and Vanderbilt…Our expectations were exceeded. stay was excellent.

The hosts reached out before our arrival to ask if we were celebrating anything special—and we were! They went above and beyond by having fresh flowers and birthday balloons waiting for our daughter’s 21st. Such a thoughtful touch!At check-in, we were greeted by the most wonderful host who shared all kinds of helpful tips to make our stay at Nashvilla—and in Nashville—truly memorable.The house itself is incredible. Built in the 1930s, it retains all its original charm while featuring the most tasteful and beautiful updates. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated, and anything we needed, we found. The beds were all comfortable, the place was spotless, and it felt so welcoming.We had 10 people in our group, and every single one of us absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the stunning Belmont University buildings. We enjoyed coffee each morning on both the front and back porches, soaking in the peaceful vibe.All 10 of us couldn’t recommend this place more. NashVilla Getaway

We did a friend group weekend getaway to Nashville and found the NashVilla property. This property exceeded all of our expectations, which were set pretty high before we got there, from reading all the other reviews. The host was very professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. As far as the property, we have never stayed anywhere that was as well stocked with snacks, drinks and any other amenity that we might need. The property was clean and we felt right at home. If we ever make another trip to Nashville we will definitely be checking if the NashVilla is available. Thanks

Southern Hospitality

Nashvilla is the epitome of southern hospitality. Patricia has spared no expense and left no stoned unturned in providing a beautiful, relaxing environment. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again!

Weekend Retreat

I have stayed at several VRBO listings all over the country and this home is my all time favorite. When I say that the owners thought of everything, it goes beyond anything you can think of. Our group felt at home in an instant & enjoyed every minute of our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The Nashvilla

A spacious and beautiful home with plenty of amenities and games provided by the owners. Communication with the owners is quick and easy with a text or message on the VRBO app. Access to the home was contactless and an app can be installed on your phone and all the other guests phones to access all the doors to the home instead of keys which can easily be lost. Property has enough parking for four full size pick up trucks and is only minutes away from down town. Very happy with our stay.

An outstanding stay

If you’re looking for a great rental home for 12 or fewer in the Nashville area; congratulations! Your search is over. My friends and I stayed at the Nashvilla hoping for a comfortable place to stay while exploring downtown. We were looking for a nice backyard to relax in and the Nashvilla exceeded all of our expectations. Patricia has a knack for accommodation and it shows in the very impressive property she keeps. She provided every amenity we could have hoped for and more and was a pleasure to work with.

Beyond Expectations!

This property is lovely and so is the owner. Patricia and her daughter were accommodating and easy to work with. The home is beautiful, clean, cozy and comfortable. Also, the extras went beyond expectations as every essential and then some were provided. Highly recommend!

This property not only has a legendary presence on the corner of Wedgewood and Villa Place, looking directly across at the Belmont fountain, it has 18 inch limestone walls throughout. This is a one of a kind in Nashville. 1932 Limestone with an interior that we call "modern traditional". It is beautiful and comfortable at the same time.

We manage the home ourselves with our guests in mind. Our clean team has been with us since 2020 and care about our guests.

Centrally located to Belmont, 12 South, Mid-Town, Music Row, Vanderbilt, Hillsboro Village, West End and Downtown. Guitar Patio with fire table, Horseshoes, Cornhole, Continental Breakfast, Candy Jars, Great Beds, Tankless Hot Water, Full fridge water, soda, cold coffees, assortment of coffees/teas and creamers, energy drinks, yogurt, milk and fruit. We provide paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags...we don't want you to waste your time/money running to the grocery store for essentials.
