L'espace

Cette maison est l'ultime maison de vacances de luxe. Des finitions et des décorations haut de gamme agrémentent cette belle maison. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils neufs, dont deux fours, un grille-pain, une théière, une cafetière goutte à goutte et une cafetière Keurig. Le salon est magnifique avec une cheminée à gaz et une belle télévision. Les chambres sont incroyablement confortables et spacieuses, apportant intimité et tranquillité à vos vacances. La chambre principale de cette maison est spéciale avec son propre foyer au gaz et sa grande baignoire. Il y a plusieurs endroits où votre groupe peut passer du temps ensemble et profiter du temps à Nashville, y compris un patio au rez-de-chaussée et un magnifique balcon sur le toit. FANTASTIC!Beautiful home - GREAT location Our entire group had a blast. We took our son for his 21rst along with friends and family . Uber was super easy from this home 1-2 min wait Gulch has great shopping and restaurants- Broadway was just a short Uber away . We would definitely come back and stay here.

We enjoyed our weekend stay in Nashville and this property was excellent for our family of 11 people. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and heated pool was excellent! Highly recommend as location was great.

Great location, we walked to downtown and all around the Gulch area. House was clean and spacious. Tanner was great with any questions we had and the property information booklet was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here especially with a large.

A gem in the gulch

What can I say? My husband and I were in town to visit a client who was staring in a movie in town. Turner was a fantastic host and the property is incredible. The house was clean, there were so many wonderful features, including the gorgeous heated pool. The showers were wonderful, and the elevator was a wonderful touch given my disability. Communication was incredible and effortless. The neighborhood is my favorite in Nashville for shopping, food, and central to everything! This house was reasonably priced and was worth every penny and then some. Kudos to Turner for being a true a host.

Amazing Stay!

I hosted a youth retreat here…. OMG… THE AMENITIES WERE AWESOME!!!. Small pool big enough for teens, outside patio space for watching movies and playing video games… Not to mention the rooftop table tennis! I was so grateful for this space. And you won’t believe the level of “Posh” it has! That master suite on the 3 rd floor… Geeze, Oh did I mention the elevator? Right downtown where all of the action is… That is if you can leave the amazing accommodations of the house. Thank you for a successful stay!

We were so excited about our stay in Nashville at this beautifully advertised home, and we were disappointed in many ways upon arrival. The host was very communicative in his email with check-in instructions. We arrived at the location ready for a great experience, and we were immediately met with the parking instructions being inaccurate and the code to the door not working. -The check in instructions stated that we would have 2 parking spots available. One in the garage and one in the driveway. There was in fact no garage anymore as it had been closed in and converted to a strange storage/living space. There was also an ATV type vehicle parked in the driveway space. When we texted to ask about this since we were confused if we were in the right place, we were told, "Please just park on the street." -Many items in the kitchen were filthy. Including a cocktail shaker with leftover/sticky cocktail mix inside of it, many dirty glasses, pots and pans not washed properly.-The sheets in the middle 2nd floor bedroom were obviously not washed and slept on previously. There was hair all over them. Our friends had to lay blankets on to sleep the first night and washed sheets after for the rest of our stay. -Pool heater instructions did not work, and he sent a "house manager" to look at the pool and get it running. The man shared with us he had never seen the pool before, but lived 10 minutes away and came by to help. Obviously, not the house manager.

Less than expectation

I won't leave a less than 5 star becasue I know how important it is. However for anyone statying there I will say the pool heater was not easy to use at all. The stereo and main tv had no user manual and took an hour plus a few phone calls to get it all running. We had 3 nights and did not use the pool because it was dirty when we arrived and we could not get it heated up to a warm temp. I would suggest the owner puts heater controls somewhere accessible with a house manual laying on the counter. As for the stereo just setup a sonos system so its easy to connect and run. Also there should not be different wifi in the house when the systems all run on one wifi then that is what the manual should say to use. Again there was no house manual. We had to spend vacatation time figureing out and calling the owner to use stuff. I stay in about 6 high end homes on VRBO a year and this one was very disorganzied.

Beautiful house not worth the headache

I have rented many properties and never encountered this. I expected more as he’s a Superhost and the cost of this property. The host forgot we were coming apparently as we never received check in info until almost 8 pm on day of check in. I contacted host 50 minutes prior to check in at 4 pm notified him I was in town asked if I could come there? He said yes and as we arrived we were greeted by a group that was still in the house and a dirty house. House keeper was there as was Turner. Said it would take at least an hour to clean. Offered us dinner on him which we never received. Wet laundry in washer during our stay, my husband cleaning with bleach wipes I brought, came in-the home on different occasions without knocking, called at 6 am to see if we lost power (we were on vacation) We received Wi-Fi info and code to the door from the house keeper there. She asked if we booked last minute and I told her we had booked a month ago. She also never left until after 5. Never received any money back or even an apology.

Amazing Location and Excellent Rental

This property is amazing. Location is perfect and walking distance to everything. Host (Turner) was available for anything we needed. House is amazing, 3 floors, elevator to the top, heated color changing pool. Clean, decorated very nice and overall a great spot!

Great Location

The house was very nice and set up very well for a larger group of people. The location is amazing!! Lots of great stuff really close to the house and only a 20-25 minute walk to Broadway where all the action is!
