Gather your family, friends, and pets and head to this 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental rancher home in West End Billings to experience privacy, relaxation, and stunning views of the Billings rims, sunrises, sunsets and wildlife. Boasting 4,900 square feet of beautiful open & updated living space, a perfect place for the whole family! This home comfortably sleeps 14 while providing unique and fun kid amenities like a ping-pong table, toys, games & outdoor corn-hole, fire-pit and playset.

We live in the home when our guests are not enjoying it with our 4 kids and a dog. We will have our garage and one closet locked with our personal items and other closets and dressers are full of our clothes and shoes. The rest of the home is yours to use.

Perfect Place to Gather

The house is a wonderful home. It is a great place for families of all ages. The backyard is a relaxing place to watch the clouds float by or the deer wander by. I enjoyed having tea on the patio in the morning and a drink in the evening.We would definitely reserve again.The hosts are very helpful letting us know where to find everything.

Lovely Stay in Billings

We had such a lovely stay at the Billings House! There was plenty of room for us 10 adults and 2 kids and a large backyard we used for entertaining everyone! The hosts were super accommodating and communicated with us quickly and efficiently. We would definitely rent this house in the future! Joel

Relaxing location for our group while in town for sports! Kids had their own space downstairs and adults could visit and relax upstairs. Host was very responsive to a super minor issue.

Great for larger groups and entertaining.

What a great home to share with a larger group or family. We visited Billings with our son, his wife and 14 month grandson. There were all the comforts of home and so many toys to play with it made it easy to hang out at the house. Lucy was a dream host, very responsive!

What a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful setting. Clean, cozy, and an enjoyable space to relax with friends. Comfortable beds. Hosts were very helpful, accommodating, and easily reachable. Couldn’t recommend more highly for a big get together with friends or family!

Beautiful home!

This was a very clean, beautiful home in an excellent location! We had a large family group that gathered for a graduation and enjoyed every second of the time we had here. We were able to be together for meals, card games, etc; but still had enough rooms to separate for privacy when it was time to sleep. The yard was very nice as well and we spent quite a bit of time outside as well. Host was excellent! We would highly recommend a stay here!

Spacious home in a great location

This house is HUGE! We had plenty of room for everyone. The house has been tastefully renovated recently. They've kept the right amount of older character and added a modern touch. The master bath is especially nice! The neighborhood is very quiet and is located perfectly to get to most places in Billings within 20 minutes. The view out of the back of the house is lovely. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous Location/Responsive Host

Our group of six really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were able to find everything we needed once I texted the host (who responded quickly and without attitude) to find out that the dish cloths were in the drawer next to the sink, where I hadn’t looked. Very nice and functional kitchen, comfy furniture in the family room for sitting in pj’s in the morning and enjoying the view out the back of the house. I highly recommend planning time to hang out in the back yard to relax and enjoy the serenity and the wildlife. They have an amazing fire pit (and thoughtfully supplied us with makings for s’mores), which I regret we didn’t take advantage of. We were a group of adults, and the house was extremely comfortable. I have to say, too, that a family with young kids could really keep the littles entertained in the basement toy room. Don’t hesitate to rent this property.

Fun for all ages

We had 4 generations in the house and this place worked very well for our large group. Lots of toys for very young and teens downstairs and a lot of areas for board games, cards, and conversation upstairs. It was very hot outside limiting using the fire pit, but we still had a lot of indoor fun.

Family gathering

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We came to celebrate a 95th birthday and it turned out great. The house was clean and comfy and very kid friendly. There were loads of toys downstairs for the kids to play with so they were kept busy while the grown-ups had a chance to visit and catch up. The house is located in a very nice part of Billings with a great view of the Rims. Even the rain did not slow our celebration down. Everyone had a great time.
